Fantastic experience: I love this gym!! It’s the first gym in high River used to be called “fitness factory”. It’s clean, organized and new high quality equipments and weights, I love the renovations and the new room that’s been recently added. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is cheap and includes some activities that they have upstairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for a number of years now whenever I am in town. I can't say enough good things about this gym. Super friendly, clean, plenty of space for a good workout.

Fantastic experience: Clean,friendly and well maintained. Everything you need. True to their word. Moving out of the province for work. They require 30 days notice to cancel, no hassle which I appreciated having to move away.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around! There are always staff members or the owner herself manning the reception desk. I'm done messing around with gyms that have no one around and continuously don't return calls. It took me over 6 months to cancel my membership at my last gym. I'm on the Gold membership which allows me to go to as many classes as I want and get a discount in their supplement store. I don't tan but I believe that is included to. The cost is reasonable and I don't have to worry about extra fees. Good honest hardworking people who make a point of welcoming you by name.

Positive experience: This is one of the better gyms in town decent monthly rates friendly staff. Babysitting service. And decent selection of weights and machines. This gym also offers members an complete upstairs fitness rooms for dance and stretching. I like that this facility offers trainer sessions and smoothies for muscle growth and repair. I would appreciate if this club offered its member some nutritious food options for a post work out routine even a snack option for those looking for a little calorie intake to promote post recovery
