Fantastic experience: This gym has everything we need. A perfect local gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem in Goosebay that I didn't expect to find. The owner acquired some top notch equipment and paid a lot of attention to detail when he positioned equipment. I drop into gyms in whatever country or city I'm travelling to but I've never seen a gym like this. Highly recommend this spot.

Fantastic experience: For a local gym, it's absolutely amazing! Quite a range of equipments and activities, a shop (they've got EVERYTHING: from nutrition to gym garbs.... even kitchen and bathroom scales!), friendly staff, very clean change rooms,.... They even have a lovely sauna in there! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for workouts and training of all kinds. All the equipment one would need is easily accessible, and all the luxuries of a big gym are right in house (showers, sauna, filtered water fountains, store, aerobics room). The 24 hour model is a great choice to accommodate all their clients, and I hope they continue to expand their programs.

Tons of bands, plate and pin loaded machines, free weight section, cardio, and studio space. 24 hours with WiFi, couldn’t ask for a better place to train in Goose Bay!
