Positive experience: I'm giving it three stars because while you can technically get a decent workout in, there is so much to improve on. During peak hours the ventilation is not great and it smells pretty bad, missing machine pins, SO many machines are broken. The only two stairmasters I've seen were both down for repair. Not a lot of benches, dumbbells show a lot of use on them. It has good parking and the gym/locker rooms are both spacious. Would be great to see these things improved on.
Negative experience: Beware of this particular location before joining. I joined the gym when I saw the ad thats says I will get one month free and when I came here they said one month free means 5 days free which is unacceptable. Because of this, I was planning to cancel this membership and my last date was 28th since the gym was closed I cancelled the membership through their website and when I contacted them today they told me they can’t see any cancellation request here and I had to visit the gym and I went there the staff named “MARIA” was saying you cant cancel it through their website and it is not written in the agreement. I don’t understand why they have an option like that in their website. They say that I have to cancel it in-person or through email. I am pretty sure that they want to take my money for the next month as well. Anyways, for 39$ I do not want to fight with them. Let them take the money. I only used the gym one time and I wont be using this again. If you’re thinking about joining, read the fine print carefully and be prepared for a battle if you want to cancel. I’d give zero stars if I could. Better get the membership in fit4less or anytime fitness. This was the screenshot I took when I joined the gym and it says one month free as well but they say its 5 days which dont make any sense. Terrible experience—rude staff, unhelpful service. Wouldn’t recommend. WORST CRUNCH LOCATION…!
Negative experience: Gym states online they close at 7 on Sundays. Arrived at 6 and they’re closed. Had to drive to the Crunch by Mac which is a 15-20 min drive. Wasted time, gas and effort. Very disappointing
Negative experience: Most of the cardio equipment is not working or in poor condition. The weights are old and whenever a piece of equipment breaks down rarely gets fixed or it takes months and months for it to get repaired. The staff is not nearly as friendly and efficient as other locations

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience at this Crunch Fitness location. I emailed the gym regarding an incorrect charge on my account, but I never received any reply. Despite contacting them on time about my membership cancellation and the misinformation I was given at signup, the gym still deducted money from my account without any response or clarification. This is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the gym conditions are poor, many machines are remain under maintenance. The lighting is so dim in many areas that it feels uncomfortable to work out. Proper lighting is a basic requirement, and it’s shocking that the issue has not been addressed. Equipment maintenance and overall cleanliness also need serious improvement. I expected better communication and service, especially when it comes to billing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Negative experience: I’ve gone to multiple crunches in different cities and this is by far the worst one. My partner and I started going over 6 months at this specific location and it is brutal! There are machines that have been broken since we started (and looking at other reviews they have been broken for who knows how long). Almost 80% of the machines are missing the pins to pick your weight and you have to steal them from the few others that have them; unless it’s busy then you are out of luck. Only have 2 stair masters and those have been broke sitting in the corner since we started. We will go out of our way and drive to Brantford so we can get a proper workout in. When I go to this location I cannot get a good leg workout because majority of the machines are broken/taken when it’s busy. Ive never really had any interaction with the staff but they are always huddled in the back by the front desk and they do not care if your membership isn’t up to date as there have been times where I was behind and not once has anyone asked me why or when my next payment will be. Also there are times where I can’t even wipe down the equipment because the paper towel dispenser is empty and the sanitizer bottles are missing or empty. I’ve tried other crunches in Hamilton and Brantford still surpasses all of them. Only staying here because it’s cheap but you get what you pay for!

Negative experience: Never seen a gym with so much broken equipment. And so many of them aren't even labeled as broken you just go up to them and see no pins or a whole seat in the way of the mechanism the west hamilton crunch is so much better

Negative experience: Although I have not personally attended Crunch, I’ve heard nothing but negative feedback about their customer service. A close friend of mine is currently going through an extremely poor experience that, as a directing manager in corporate myself, I can say is being handled VERY poorly. Most customers understand that gyms have to set contracts and fees to keep members accountable—that’s part of running a business. But when financial situations arise or errors happen, the right approach is to work with your customer to find a mutual compromise. Instead, in the case of my friend, Crunch management defaults to placing all blame on the customer and refusing to problem-solve. That is not a sustainable business model, and definitely not how you keep customers. My friend’s experience makes this clear where they can improve: - management pushed responsibility onto everyone else (trainers & customer) - conflicting information was given by staff and management. - customer requested to cancel their account due to financial reasons, was told by staff that would be done, but then due to a glitch in their system (we assume) it was not - charges continued despite assurances the account would be closed - when customer & staff flagged this to management, manager refused a refund and deflected accountability, while threatening additional cancellation fees Locking members into rigid agreements and charging outlandish cancellation fees is exactly why many gyms are struggling, while people are instead investing in home gym equipment and remote trainers. Equipment and trainers is no longer your unique selling point... good customer service is what keeps people loyal. Do better, Crunch. Work with your members, not against them. That’s how you keep people coming back.

Negative experience: This has got to be the worst Crunch location. Went there twice and almost half the treadmills were scheduled for maintenance, they somehow only have two stair masters one of them is broken. The equipment is incredibly old, all the cable machines don’t adjust properly because of how old they are. The actual machines are all missing pins to adjust the weights people are stealing them so you have to find a machine with a pin and put it in the machine you want to use. No one respects this gym people leave the bench loaded with weight, no one wipes things down, half the people forget to wear deodorant smelling up the whole gym. I can’t believe people are paying to go here!

Negative experience: You get what you pay for. 60% of the gym is broken. A lot of equipment needs repairs or replacement. Some which are functional are not the greatest.. they are wobbly or just very rusty, this could easily injure anyone... PLEASE FIX THE EQUIPMENTS. GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience for the price of the membership I'm paying for! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming especially Mariam. The facility is clean and well-maintained overall. There's a great variety of equipment compared to other locations so there's barely any need to wait to exercise. Highly recommend Crunch Fitness!
Negative experience: They took an additional $52.79 from my account after I paid my $40 monthly fee and can’t seem to find it on there end. They won’t refund me even though I showed proof of them taking it. The manager told me I owed an additional months payment to close my account even though the next payment wasn’t due until Sept 11 but the system seems to say different and I guess the air head manager can’t see their system is trash. Oh I forgot to mention they are going into my account every other day trying to take more money so be aware and check your bank! I won’t be going back for this reason but also because the upper James location is quite dirty and many machines are not working or are missing pieces or parts making workouts uncomfortable.

Negative experience: The worst Gym I’ve ever been part of, for almost a week benches are broken and they are not willing to fix them, a part from they are not cheap, I’m not recommending them at all, this my last month with them.
Negative experience: What you'd expect from a more inexpensive gym. Gets the job done. Many of the cardio machines haven't been repaired in a while, usually a short wait for machines even at peak times. Open over night some days. Will keep going indefinitely if they keep there prices the same. Edit: The customers are obviously not bathing regularly. The BO is horrible. People use machines don't clean them off and leave the weights on. Just watched this happen with an employee assisting them so obviously the staff doesn't care either. This isn't the case at other crunch locations. Go somewhere else.
Positive experience: Before signing up, my first question was: "Can I put and keep my bike inside?" The answer was YES. However, I was told yesterday that I was not allowed to bring my bike inside due to orders from the owner. To make matters worse, they don't have a designated parking area for bikes. I gave them three stars because overall, it's just like any other gym. I was very disappointed because being able to bring my bike inside was a deal-breaker for me when I chose this gym.
Negative experience: Don't be mistaken, facilities include a sauna! It's the whole building! Want to workout in the jungle powered by human sweat? Look no further! Even in the dead of winter this gym is muggier than Singapore in typhoon season.
Negative experience: I was a member for 3 years - about 40% of the equipment was broken at any given time and they ripped me off for 28$ when i finally canceled my membership. This place is a disaster
Negative experience: I've been a regular for about 6 months now and I honestly have to say that this gym needs better management. Reviews about the equipment never being fixed are unfortunately accurate. The hack squat machine in particular has been broken ever since I joined with no eta for repair in sight. There is only one smith machine with really questionable bar that's bent which is never available due the lineup of people. The classes are also not very well instructed and amateur although I've only gone for a couple due to some offer or the other. The AC is very hit or miss and to top it all off the lighting is not good at all. Very industrial and not ideal for pictures if that's your jam. The staff are friendly and the people are respectful for the most part. The cleanliness of the gym floor is also pretty good. I've made requests to switch to the stoney Creek location to no avail as I signed a year long contract. I don't regret joining the gym as it's close to my place but it's needs some serious improvement.

Negative experience: You get what you pay for. At $10 a month don't expect more than the rusted step's, limited, if not broken, equipment. Tried 4 treadmills until got one that worked...what "skipping/slipping" when walking one belt twisted. Weight Benches wobble. Weights falling apart. One broken rower moved so couldn't be used. On the rowers - One had cracked LCD that didn't work, and the third had LCD that just didn't turn on. Total waste of time.

Positive experience: One of the worst gyms you could go to. Absolutely disgusting. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. They are totally taking advantage of the membership. Have spoken to management about fixing the equipment but all you get is a total song and dance. Disgusting
Negative experience: I was a member for years and I even had purchased personal training sessions. But I had to stop going there due to my broken ankle issues. I requested the to pause my account and cancel. They said they will not take payments, but they took payments and when asked to cancel the account, asked me to pay another 18 dollars. They are not refunding for 8 personal training sessions and and not even will to cancel the account without getting me to pay extra 18. This is the worst client service. You should not rip off people. Your people even threatened to send the 18 dollars to collections.
Negative experience: This has to be the worst gym in Hamilton. Half the equipment is broken, or “being serviced” at all times. The stuff that does work is in horrible shape and needs replacing anyway. The place stinks and is super gross. They have like 2 mats to use or you can find a spot on the disgusting floor and good luck to ya. BONUS POINTS: Check out the horrific layer of dust on the vent in the upper cardio area; I gag everytime I see it. The only reason I keep going is because it’s cheap and close to home. Otherwise, stay away. And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms gahhhhh. God speed.

Negative experience: It’s unfortunate as this gym has a lot of potential just lack of care in every department. Employees aren’t engaged in the day to day process but I assume this stems from poor management. Can’t imagine someone will reply to this comment. I’d say roughly 35% of the equipment is broken at any given time. If there’s a heavy rain storm the roof leaks in multiple places. I’ve seen maybe one person cleaning before in my 2-3 years of coming here and I come regularly. Since I started coming here it’s consistently dropping in quality. Anyhow I’ll be here today. If you can make it to Crunch Burloak in Oakville do it, it’s beautiful!
Positive experience: You get what you pay for, alot of the equipment could use replacement and many are often "down for maintenance". It gets way too busy after 4 and because the gym is elevated it gets too hot when it's busy with no real AC. Staff don't really care who comes in and out you can get in by scanning a pool noodle barcode. Though it's cheap so I guess it doesn't really matter.
Negative experience: I have been a member here for a year and I noticed it is taking longer and longer to get machines repaired when they break. I need to use the seated bike machine as I just had knee replacement surgery and need to increase my range of motion. They only have 3 of these bikes and 2 of them have been broken for over a month...a month!! as a result most times someone is already using it and since this is the only reason I am here now I have to wait to use it sometimes a half hour. I have brought it up to the front desk but they don't seem to take it seriously only saying they know about it. Just had to update this to 1 star. The bikes have now been broken 8 weeks! Everytime I ask I get a different excuse or a promise of this week for sure. They seem to have just given up which is what happened to premier fitness many years ago before the went bankrupt
Negative experience: Absolute disaster. DO NOT go to this location. Smells so bad. Super hot. No fans on ceilings. Always crowded. Broken equipments. They don’t replace or repair torn seats or pads. Machines squeaks while using. They are ready to pay for more workers than repairing current equipments. I always see two or more associates there standing, and doing nothing while the equipment up there is in bad shape. At least fix them.
Negative experience: Don't go here! It use to be good, but the past 3 years has been a really steady decline. None of the elliptical or bikes work properly, lots of the equipment is broken and it never gets fixed. Budget gym or not, this is pathetic. If the building caught on fire and burned for 10 hours the impact would be hardly noticeable.
Negative experience: This gym will secretly charge you more than what membership you have signed up for. I asked to have my membership upgraded and downgraded after being unsatisfied, of course they upgraded my membership in a heartbeat to charge me almost $40 a month, but when it came time to downgrade it back to the "$9.99 a month" the representative did not. What I mean is, the representative assured me he had downgraded the membership, but in reality never did, and this scam of a gym continued charging me $40 a month for many months for a membership that is barely worth $10. I am beyond disappointed. Save your money and go to a better gym.

This company is a scam, they will take your money even years after you've attempted to cancel, and they will claim they have no record of your cancelation on file. The General Manager "Matt" will say they are investigating, and never reply unless you chase them down. The amount of preposterous emails with no legal standing, and the overall low morals of their employees are sickening. Not one employee can give you a flat answer. There is no actual headquarters or corporate offices to contact, and if there is, you cannot find them online. There is a "General Manager" for every single location, and there is no actual corporate office to provide legislation and dispute legitimate concerns from their customers. Don't give them your business, as they do NOT care for their clients. I've forwarded my emails to every single contact I can find in the company and have not heard back with any resolution. Seriously, DO NOT get caught in their scam. This company is bogus.
Negative experience: Never ever paid for any personal training session with this fitness club because they are scammers and manipulate me and signed contract for 6months without my permission. I thought it is not contract or any obligation but later on when i saw bank account then realised that it was contract. So i am telling you everybody, be careful when selecting any plan because they are not good at any things. They are taking money from our contract and its too expensive. I tried to cancel my service but they didn’t listen to me .
Positive experience: It'd be more convenient if the fitness room downstairs had more plates, dumbbells, and kettlebells—both light and mid-heavy weights. Like the Stone Church location. That way, we wouldn't have to lug weights from upstairs and risk leaving them behind. Other than that, the gym's pretty decent. Otherwise, if the lack of equipment in the fitness room wasn’t an issue, I would rate it 4 stars.
Negative experience: I have been coming to this gym for many years and never had any major problems. However, in the past few years, there has been a sharp increase in the number of new members to the gym who do not use deodorant! You can't run on a treadmill anymore without having a person on a treadmill next to you producing a really bad sweat smell. Even in the weights area, you can be minding your own business and using the bench press, but then one of these smelly people will start using the bench press next to you and you can still smell their foul sweat smell from six feet away. Sometimes, these people even walk all around the gym and leave behind a trail of really bad sweat smell. Can the Crunch Fitness team please have an educational session for all new members of the gym on what deodorants are and how to use them? We live in a deodorant-using culture and people need to be educated.
Negative experience: A gym in shambles. I've been a member at this gym for years. Half the equipment in this gym is either broken down or on the verge of breaking down. The hack squat has been broken for over half a year, people have mentioned it to staff and the machine is never repaired. Why bother having a reporting system for broken machines if they're never going to be fixed. Most of the leg equipment is broken there is 1 hack squat and 1 leg press for the entire gym which is frequently packed. Further, there is a shortage of bars, if the gym is full there is not enough bars for all the benches, squat racks and deadlift areas to be going at once. You will be waiting a long time for equipment during a rush. Beyond broken equipment this gym is just nasty. The main work out areas are disgustingly hot, no air flow and very humid. In the summer the area with free weights cooks from the sun hitting the roof and the AC can't keep up. There is a pipe leaking the entire length of the gym, trying to do an exercise and having mystery fluids drip from the ceiling is not a pleasant experience. The men's room has multiple broken toilets, stall doors that don't work and a singular soap dispenser. The one dispenser is actually an improvement as they were just putting out a jug with soap for months at a time. With the amount of people that frequent this gym there is no reasons to have such unsafe and unsanitary conditions in this gym. I'm considering going to the Stone Church location because I've heard its a cleaner facility. Should that fail I may just cancel my crunch membership.
Negative experience: Large amount of equipment is broken and their solution is putting a sign on it saying it’s scheduled for repairs, however the repairs never happen. Equipment has been broken for months. Want to stretch in the studio room? Hopefully you’re lucky enough to get one of the two mats they have available. If not? Enjoy laying on the dirty floor. Member wise, good luck finding people who actually wipe down their equipment. I get it’s a budget gym, but come on. Do better.
Negative experience: Lmfao, what a joke, came in around 10am and the place was gloomy! Half of the lights were off, the front desk was playing some sad, low beat, sob music making the gym feel like a grave yard in a soap opera. Ive actually been to funerals that were more upbeat that this gym. Update: some guy asked to use the massage chair. He was told it was broken. He disappeared into the chair room, came out, told the front desk something, she went into the room, and then he was using it! Omg i think he caught that the chair was unplugged! Bahahahahahah. What?!?!?!?
Positive experience: Pratik was super friendly with me when I asked him questions about Wifi. I like people who work there, they're all helpful and patient when it comes down to help all people. 5 stars to customer service at Crunch Upper James location. But the other side, the equipments rarely get fixed which is my complain to this location. Overal, I'm happy with my experience. Thank you guys !
Positive experience: You pay for what you get. Overall they have good hammer strength plate-loaded equipment but everything else is either broken or on the verge of breaking. Quite busy at times, but overall great community amongst staff and fellow gym-goers.
Negative experience: This place has really fallen off. I guess you get what you pay for. The problem is when they raise their price without fixing the issues. It's not strange to see equipment down for months!!! The change rooms need updating, I could not even shower there. A lot of kids workout there and they treat it like a social outing. Overall it's decent if the price remains very low but once they start to raise prices, I had to go.
Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a gym for a few weeks now, looking for a specific machine/model, convenience and fair pricing. Although I didn't end up signing with Crunch, they were definitely my runner-up. I wanted to give a HUGEEEE shout out to Felicia for going ABOVE AND BEYOND - giving me all the information and answers that I was looking for. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, with remarkable customer service skills. Felicia, thank you SO SO SO much!
Positive experience: Not as nice as the now closed Downtown location, but it's well equipped offering a number of goodies. The 30 min circuit is particularly easy to use at this location.
Negative experience: Equipment is always broken or not working. The place constantly stinks and not like BO but like it’s dirty and never been cleaned.
Negative experience: So many equipment that are broken and out of order, pads on the equipment are all ripped. I've complained but no one wants to take responsibility for the lack of maintenance and repairs.
Negative experience: I have been a member here for a while bc it’s good pricing but not once has there been soap in the washrooms or anything to dry your hands with. I feel gross coming out from there
Negative experience: Management has horrible attitude. I’ve been going for over two years and once my credit card changed they inforced a late fee without informing me. I was not aware I would have to give my new credit card information to them and instead of explaining professionally- they were very condescending. Zero respect for women. Half the equipments busted just to add more depth to the honest review.
Negative experience: Would not recommend this gym to anyone. Equipment is constantly broken (weights and cardio) and kept it poor condition until it breaks with holes and tears in padding on some machines and when they do break they take weeks and months to repair, I reported a frayed cable that would stab you if you grabbed it and it took 1.5 months for them to just apply electrical tape and still have the wire poking through the tape. The gym is constantly busy, staff behind the desk are there for simple problems and not really engaging. Lockers in change room have broken lock hoops leaving them useless unless you want to not lock up your stuff. Bad smell in urnial area, soap dispenser broken. The list goes on and on, overall unless you live close by and want a cheap gym then it should be fine. Gym has potential but no money is put into the gym.
Negative experience: Hardly any leg equipment and half of it has been broken for months. Dumbells under 30lbs are never in the rack. The place is a sauna and has no ventilation. No machines are ever repaired. There is space for more equipment which it had before one of its many renovations but no new equipment even came in the door. There are not enough plates to go around and absolutely no 35lb plates at all. This gym is very cheap but is still charging to much for what they offer
Negative experience: About 50 percent of the cardio machines do not work properly. General lack of maintenance throughout the facility. Missing quite a few barbells for bench press, squat racks, etc. Missing many pins for the weight machines. Phone calls don't go unheard though. When the phone rings, it can be heard all throughout the gym until the person hangs up or they eventually answer. The gym has a really great layout. If it was well taken care of, it would be a great gym. Too bad they let it go like this.
Positive experience: Price that can't be beat. Took a star off cause it can get pretty busy and they just wont give us a sauna. Lucas at the front desk is pretty cool.
Fantastic experience: Awesome place with friendly staff!! Super affordable for a membership. Sometimes at rush hours lots of machines get filed up and occupied but never been an issue for me
Negative experience: Sanitize your hands after working out here! Soap dispensers broke maybe 2 years ago and if your lucky you may find a bottle of watery dish soap left out by another member( I'm assuming that's ) Treadmills half don't work Free weights are okay Machines are broken all the time in one way or another.
Negative experience: Epitome of "you get what you pay for". Are most of the cardio machines broken? Yes. Are a lot of the weight machines broken? Yes. Are there a lot of younger people just hanging around in the afternoon evening (oh god I feel so old typing that but...) Yes. Does it feel a little grimy and dirty? Yup. Are the weekend hours short when comparing to other places? You guessed it - yes. But it's cheap as heck for a gym.
Negative experience: Not only is most of the gym equipment broken, but the employees are rude and crunch randomly charges you huge amounts of money.... Today I went to this location when I was stopped by one of the employees who said I had fees owing, I said no problem, how much? He says $360+. I was trying to figure out in this moment how I could possibly have this much owing on my account when my membership renews every month and is paid via my credit card. Not only was this employee rude but he was condescending and called me a liar to my face insinuating that I knew that I had this amount owing and that I was quote, "getting away with it". He also said that I had been denied access three times this month when in reality the most I've said to an employee is hello and goodbye. Never once was I denied access to the gym. I feel bad for the guy cuz I think he was having a bad day and was taking it out on me but I don't even see how it's humanly possible that I could be owing that much money on my crunch account and furthermore looking at my crunch account I don't see that I owe that much. I have noticed that most of the machines at this location are broken and I'm thinking that maybe they were trying to get extra money from me to pay for the repairs to the machines? I'm not sure but it's sad and I will be calling crunch to try and resolve this issue. I will be definitely switching to good life or another facility that has good machines, and staff that aren't going to call me a liar and somewhere that's not going to randomly charge me through over $300.
Negative experience: This location is wildly overlooked for maintenance. It is one of Hamilton’s central and biggest locations, making is very busy as well. There have been multiple occasions where I have had to leave because I wasn’t able to finish a work out due to multiple broken machines which then causes congestion and crowding around the working ones. Most of the treadmills don’t even work. Now the fee for “maintenance” is going up in Jan??? I’d rather cancel my membership than pay 60 bucks for nothing. Terrible.
Negative experience: Signed up thinking I’d get the basics of working equipment, accessible and properly replenished washrooms, and people being considerate of others while using the equipment/machines, but I was wrong. These are basics. Just because it’s an affordable fee, doesn’t mean people should get less then basic services. I feel disappointed and will not be continuing my membership. Also, to find out that Crunch is raising their annual fee come 2024…no. Take pride and integrity in your services, do better.
Negative experience: I signed up yesterday. I went today for a workout. No one to talk to at the front desk. The washrooms were disgusting. One bottle of soap on the counter, every toilet plugged. Disgusting! Not a very good first impression. I just left, I can't deal with that.
Negative experience: Once the equipment breaks down that’s it, it’s never getting fixed. Currently they have no working leg extension machines, leg press is broken, and hack squat. It’s been like this for about 2 months now. I’m not even going to mention all of the broken cardio equipment because others have a covered that in their reviews. Honestly even if you’re looking for a cheap gym this is not a good option. Its super disgusting - they don’t have any janitors and staff don’t wipe the equipment down ever. The staff basically just hangout at the front desk. I always feel disgusting by the end of my workout. If you’re lucky, the washrooms will be stocked with soap and toilet paper. It’s insanely busy after work hours, but in the morning, it’s not too bad. But you definitely don’t want to go after work because there are typically about 20 or so high school kids in their uniforms and crocks “working out” and goofing around
Positive experience: Affordable gym. Although the washrooms are always dirty and wet. If hygiene is not important to you this gym is for you
Negative experience: I can honestly say this is the smelliest gym I've been too. The stench sometimes lingers in my nose for the day. But its 15$/month and 2km from my house so I put up with it.
Negative experience: The hydro massage is out of order since a long time but the management doesn’t care to get them up and running properly. One hydro massage is totally out of orde and the other one is malfunctioning. What a waste money . Fit4less is way better

Positive experience: The classes at Hamilton Mountain are super fun particularly Zumba with Michelle and AJ. They bring lots of energy, positive vibes and are very welcoming and inclusive to everyone
Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere, all the class options, the circuit training, tanning, and the massage beds. You definitely can’t go wrong with the pricing either!
Negative experience: Today the gym was not opened by any employee , although gym hours was 7am to 7pm and lots of people were standing outside the gym for more than half hour and no one opened it. It’s very ashamed and annoying.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Great people, great equipment, and great price. Old gym didn’t have an open gym with classes, and a place for HIT exercise, stretching, yoga, etc..end every workout in there . Keep it up Crunch!!
Negative experience: All Management of this Gyms is fraud specially Matt fry and geetesh. If you hire personal trainer here, They take account info from customers and charge them without giving training. This gym is just wastage of money. Don’t take membership of this gym.
Negative experience: I canceled my membership during covid on call they said its good. But they still keep on charging me every other month. I visited branch they told me I’m no longer in their system and is canceled for good but they still keep on charging me . When i visit again they tell me I’m not in their system so they don’t know who to cancel.
Negative experience: It's been months and several machines that are out of service still haven't been fixed, and today (Mon, June 19th 2023) multiple people arrived in the morning only to find the gym still closed when it should be open according to their business hours. No communication about the fact that it was closed either, no email, nothing on their social media, etc.
