Fantastic experience: Great pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Negative experience: Don't try booking a birthday party here. They do not respond at all about your inquiries. You have to call multiple times to be told "the guy who does the rental isnt here until the following week", to which when you try again that person still isnt available. When asked to speak to a manager you get a very circular answer. I was told mutplie times ill get a return call and never did. It's 4 days away from my son's party and still nothing after speaking to the front desk person today. Now I will have to make alternative options for my 9 year old birthday because who knows when or what response I may get The pool itself is fine. Its a dated facility and the kids love the waves.

Positive experience: Amazing pool. Love how it is shallow to deep, perfect for littles. The temperature is a tad cold. I got an extra warm suit for my little one after our first swim lesson.

Fantastic experience: Wave pool is a fun time for the family. Waves are on and off in 15 minute intervals. Monthly membership for the Rec is around $70 for a household which is a steal. It allows access to the fitness equipment as well as the pool. (some age restrictions for certain swims and fitness equipment)

Fantastic experience: Just had my daughter's bday party here. I was an anxious mom, as any mom is on their kids bday. But they were so sweet and nice to me. They are so helpful! I love the staff here. Thank you guys so much!

Positive experience: Place is great, little loud at times but it's a place for small kids, so expect that. Clean, friendly staff.

Negative experience: It is an old pool and not clean enough and the shower water was freezing cold! Just the waves were nice

Positive experience: Always love the wave pool, though it's usually on the colder side! Would love if they warmed it up. ❄️ I put my toddler in a wetsuit for swimming lessons, otherwise he's too cold to focus. I do miss the hot tub. The party rooms are great. Family change room is a bit smaller compared to other pools. Excellent staff.

Fantastic experience: As a parent with toddlers, I love having this place in our community. The pool (wave swims and parent/tot swims) are awesome and only $2. The library is great with free circle time on Tuesdays and a toy section. They also have a small outdoor playground that is one of the most toddler-friendly structures I've seen in the city.

Fantastic experience: Great spot for hosting Birthday Parties. Very reasonable $cost/person for private bookings. Kids loved the float toys and had a blast in the waves. Included use of the “party room” for food and cake afterwards makes for one stop shop. Lots for free parking, easy drop-off/pickup area for unloading of kids & birthday supplies. Recommended.

Positive experience: We enjoy using the facility but it's in desperate need of some renovations. The change facilities are especially sad and offer no privacy. The family/accessible changeroom is awful and tiny. Anyone taking a child over the age of 8 for a swim that is a different gender from the adult, will need to use the gender specific changeroom alone or the family change room with just 2 change spaces. The risk of theft from the lockers in the changerooms seems quite high as well, which is unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: $8 for an hour of fun for a family of four. A great, inexpensive way to beat the heat in the summer. We will definitely be back many times!

Positive experience: It’s a wave pool plus theres Iike a family Swim on Friday’s and it’s free or something idk (Most covid protocols have ended but check the website for more details)

Fantastic experience: I bring my kids there for the weekend wave swim and the love it. Friendly staff. The front desk staff takes the time to answer any question you have. The pool is huge. Need a bigger family change room it is always to full. The lifeguards are always watching to make sure everyone is good. Fun for the whole family.

Fantastic experience: Amazing value. The wave pool is so fun! They don't have a hot tub they do have a sauna. Showers are nice and hot and pretty much almost make up for not having a hot tub.

Positive experience: As this was my first visit, I asked for a tour of this facility and they obliged. Its a very clean, attractive recreation centre. There is no warm up pool or sauna. They explained Covid restrictions in detail. It was important to know that one had to wear their mask not only when entering the facility but when walking from one area to the next. Upon entefing or exiting the fitness centre or pool area, your mask must be worn. The women's change room had hree showers with curtains as well as several open showers. I would give this facility 4 stars but the reception staff seemed a,bit annoyed with my questions about membership details plus I hadn't used the facilities to judge their overall function. But overall I had a good impression.

Positive experience: HEllo my lovelies :) So we took the kiddies for a swim the other day, and it was so much fun :) The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was following covid rules, which is always nice to see. We had to call and book beforehand, and got an hour of fun in the pool. The waves were not turned on, but we still had alot of fun, and will be coming back here more often. The only thing I would suggest, is making it easier to book, change & cancel appointments. Maybe time to create a city app for such things? Anyhow, I highly reccomend this place as a fun family activity :)

Fantastic experience: Good place for swimming and sports

Negative experience: I told an employee to book me in for the next day and when I go there, they said I wasn't booked in and then when I saw 6 people leave the gym, I asked if I could you the gym and the lady on the desk was like no one has left the gym. Senile and dishonest staff. Bad communication and they barely have any equipments anyway. I would highly recommend that you stay away from such a gym. They just lost two memberships from my household.
