Fantastic experience: Simply put - SHE IS THE BEST! I found Heather by searching online; started training with her, and 2 years in, I feel better now than I have in the past 10 years! I am a 56 year old post-menopausal woman, and fully enjoying my sessions with her. I have balance, flexibility and CONFIDENCE back! I feel strong again, and many of the mobility issues (knees, back) I previously had are 100% better! Thank you Heather for changing my life!

Fantastic experience: I love my weekly online workouts with Heather! It’s an easy appointment to make, I can still get it done with kids running around. Sometimes it’s the only good thing I get done for myself all week, which makes a huge impact keeping my health goals on track even through the hardest weeks. One online session a week keeps bringing me back to me!

Positive experience: We have enjoyed visiting Heather’s studio for our e cerci service sessions. With COVID restrictions happening during the past year or so, we have set up an area in our home where we can work virtually with Heather. Basic tools like a TRX and a Bosu ball along with dumbbells, our workouts can continue seamlessly. It’s a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough amazing things Heather's online Zoom Pilates Class has done for my well-being. Even though Heather is my sister and we have always shared a passion for fitness, I never tried her Pilates classes before for a 2 reason, 1. I live in Whitby 2. I never understood the benefits of Pilates. With the introduction of Zoom classes, participating in a 6 week program from the comfort of my own home was a no brainer for me. I was shocked during the 1st class how many tiny stabilizer muscles we stopped using over the years and how activating them can make a significant impact on balance, stability, flexibility, increase range of motion, greater breath control, and the one I most benefit from is the ability to rotate my core in alignment with the head and shoulders while riding my bike. This has helped me over the past few weeks have more confidence riding my bike for longer distances, better balance and stability at a faster pace. Heather is an excellent teacher and communicates very well through out the class session, so well in fact I don't need to watch the screen to see the next movement. I highly recommend Heather as a personal trainer, pilates instructor and she is also an awesome mountain bike teacher. Heather is passionate about health, well-being, nutrition and seeing her family, friends and clients enjoy the most of life!!!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Heather for many years now starting when I had a sore back. She was able to help with that rehab and then move me into individual fitness programs that I have done at my club or at home. As aging has aggravated knees, hips and shoulders at different times, she modifies the exercises and helps me build back up. I can’t say enough about her encouragement, professionalism and support that has kept me in good shape and eager to continue my skiing, biking and walking! Thanks Heather

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to connect with someone that tailors a fitness program to you, I highly recommend Heather and Simply Fit. The most thorough initial consultation that I have ever had when it comes to fitness. I greatly appreciate Heather's approach as she is encouraging and keeps you moving forward. Her Simply Fit app allows you to keep track of your workouts with little motivating messages from her! She also uploads individual workouts that you can do at home or at the gym based on your preference. Highly recommend her training and app!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Heather for several years now. As an aging-too-fast-but-young-at-heart male in his late ... well never mind... Heather has designed a program that I practice daily at home on similar equipment that she helped me select. My weekly sessions introduce new exercises, tune my technique on the existing procedures, and exchange stories on our gravel bikes. I recommend her highly.

Fantastic experience: I am a retired gentleman who likes to keep as fit as I can. Heather has been vital in continuously helping and encouraging me to work towards this goal. She is organized, professional and enjoyable to work with. I see Heather once each week and in additional make use of her tailored Trainerize programs so that I can work out at home using the equipment that I have. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Heather’s for almost ten years and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is extremely professional and since she is a registered kinesiologist, I know I can trust her advice. I have recently started using her fitness app and it has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. Fantastic experience: Heather is wonderful! I sought her out because of her unique background in kinesiology and a deep understanding of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Having problems with scoliosis my entire life, she worked with me on strengthening my core first, taking a holistic approach to our workouts. I have seen her twice a week for almost 4 years now, and I would highly recommend her! Fantastic experience: As a senior I have long term fitness goals that are different than when I was in my twenties. My goal is to maintain a fitness level that will allow me to be self sufficient and able to enjoy walking, bike riding and all the activities I love for many years to come. One on one weekly sessions with Heather are perfect. Her kinesiology background gives me complete confidence that exercises are appropriate and geared specifically to my needs.
