Fantastic experience: I've been working out with my trainer at Full Spectrum for almost a year now. I am pretty fitness challenged but I have to say that my trainer is incredibly patient as he puts me through my paces. I'm impressed by the breadth of his knowledge about how the body works; and he very deliberately and conscientiously tailors my workouts, to ensure I'm challenged but also successful.
