Our comment from FitFit Canada about Eastlink Centre:
Eastlink Centre in Grande Prairie is a fantastic recreation facility that offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Visitors have praised its cleanliness and helpful staff, making each experience enjoyable. Highlights of the centre include:
- Amazing swimming pool featuring a lazy river, waterslides, and a separate area for younger children.
- Friendly and professional staff who are always ready to assist.
- Various amenities such as a gym, hot tubs, sauna, and a health food café.
- A dinosaur-themed play area that keeps kids entertained.
- Affordable membership and admission prices compared to the variety of activities available.
However, some users noted that swimming times for families can be complicated, and the gym may get crowded at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, Eastlink Centre remains a top choice for families looking for fun and fitness in a well-maintained environment.

Eastlink Centre: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Great place. Good to take the kids swimming or go workout.
Negative experience: Sexist culture is encouraged here! -The evidence is that they double down when confronted, rather than simply make the correction. -Is there a venue that can do more damage with discrimination than a community centre?
Hello Chase, thank you for providing feedback. We would like to hear more about your serious concern. Please contact AccessGP at 311 or by emailing [email protected] with the details of the situation that your encountered.
Fantastic experience: Always a fun place
We think so too!! Thank you for your review.
Fantastic experience: Awesome I will come back here again
Thank you for your review Sherri. Happy to hear that you had a great time and hopefully we see you again soon.
Positive experience: Very clean, very well maintained , and the staff are always there to help, at least in the gym anyway. Also, the value you get for your member and / or drop in is access to the whole building, which is better priced than a lot of just gym membership. Wait times can vary some days due to staffing, but it's not a big deal for me .
Hello Nicholas, thank you for you wonderful review. We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the facility and making the most of your membership.
Fantastic experience: Had some issues signing for my family membership. Had great customer service from Omar who was diligent in calling be back and resolving the issue! He also followed up with a phone call to help me set up my membership :). Thank you. Omar!
We are happy to hear you had such a great experience with one of our Guest Experience team members. We will be sure to pass this compliment along. Enjoy you new membership!
Fantastic experience: Very nice rec center. There was a competition on one day that I was there so I wasn't able to use the swimming lanes.
Hello Caroline, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our facility.
Fantastic experience: Went to the pool last night and all the workers are very nice answered all my questions. Very friendly good environment. Huge building with plenty to do. Can’t wait to explore more of what they offer
Hello Bri, thank you for your wonderful review. We are happy that you enjoyed the facility and our amazing staff.
Fantastic experience: Amazing
Thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the facility.
Fantastic experience: It's normally pretty good
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you enjoy the facility.
Fantastic experience: Their slides are awesome. Love the pool.
Hello, thank you for the feedback. We are happy you enjoyed the Aquatics facility.
Fantastic experience: By far best indoor pool we've been to!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We are happy you enjoyed our facility.
Fantastic experience: if you want to succeed in this life and do something a little more for yourself and for your loved ones then go to this center and visit it as often as possible and stay in it as long as possible and after a while you will feel how luck smiles at you and says - Hello, I'm here
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are happy you enjoy our facility.
Negative experience: This place just seems to be worse every time we go here. Went today on a Sunday, and no slides, splashpark or flowrider because of air quality? Really? Air quality turns these off? What a terrible excuse. This place has been a waste of money since the day it opened. Poorly managed and service isn't any better.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. During time of poor air quality the splash features will be turned off to help preserve the air quality in the Aquatics area by reducing the humidity levels. This will help the area to remain open longer for use. Smoke can be drawn inside and will attach to water molecules in the air, creating a smoke haze which then can become unsafe for patrons and staff. When this occurs the Aquatics area will then need to close. The staff do monitor the air quality routinely to advise when safe to reopen splash amenities. If you have any further questions or concern please feel free to call 311 or email [email protected]
Fantastic experience: So cool
Thank for your feedback. We are happy to hear you are enjoying are facility.
Fantastic experience: Many different options for sports to play, and learn. The boys had a blast!
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you and your family had a great time at our facility.
Positive experience: Great place, I wish they would cut out the heated water though. A little cold water goes a long way on a hot day.
Thank you for your feedback and happy you enjoy the facility. Our pool are set at different temperatures for everyone to enjoy. The pool that would be the coldest is the 50 meter pool that is kept at 28 degrees. If you have any questions or concern please feel feel to reach out to us at [email protected] or by calling 311.
Fantastic experience: Favorite gym for a workout. Monthly seniors rate is very affordable.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback.
Positive experience: Can't go wrong for $1.75 semi-private showers! Cheaper than the truck stop for travelers and $60 Fully serviced Campsites.
Hello, thank you for sharing you positive feedback.
Negative experience: This place is a waste of time and has absolute ridiculous hours for family’s to use the pool. No pool access during the week until 6pm, kids are going to bed at 7pm and 7.30pm. And on the weekend the entire city goes to the pool which makes it impossible to get in, kids are cranky and upset after waiting for almost an hour. Today we had to leave even though we got there and no one was waiting except of us. We were told it’s going to be a couple minutes of a wait due to being at capacity. No biggie, we waited. And we waited and waited!!! We saw around 50 people/family’s with kids leave the pool and we were still waiting (for one hour) until we decided we had to go home to feed the kids, there is no point going in to have kids hungry after 30 minutes. Right then they started to let 60 people in. Are you kidding me? Why do people have to waste one hour of their time just so you can let 60 people in at once? Why couldn’t 15-20 already go in earlier? Horrendous management!! This is unacceptable considering it’s the only available option in town, shame on you. And I understand that there is swimming lessons etc going on as well but these people could go there in the mornings instead (when it’s literally dead there) to not impact the only time in the afternoon when people with school aged kids/working parents can go and enjoy their time together.
We understand your frustration regarding your recent visit and the wait times you experienced at the pool. Your feedback is important to us, and we want to assure you that we are actively working to address the situation. The increased wait times were due to higher public headcounts and staffing challenges over the weekend, which impacted our swimmer-to-lifeguard ratios. Maintaining appropriate ratios is crucial for ensuring your safety and compliance with safety regulations. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to enhance our services. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us by contacting AccessGP at [email protected] or by calling 311.
Negative experience: I canceled my services in January and it’s April I’m being charged again for services I don’t have. It’s absolutely disgusting. And I have no choice but to pay other wise it goes to collections and hurts my credit score
Hi Valerie,I think you are looking for Eastlink Internet & TV services. If you are in fact looking to cancel an Eastlink Centre recreation membership, please give us a call at 780-538-0300 and we will be happy to assist you!
Fantastic experience: One of the best family pools in the province, and a whole bunch of other Rec center amenities to boot. Some people like to complain about this facility but we've never had anything but a great time at Eastlink.
Thank you Chris for your wonderful feedback. We are happy you and your family enjoy our facility.
Negative experience: Janitorial ladies yell at kids for washing their hair at the pool change room showers , walk into their showers to yell at them and tell them how to shower, and when brought up to security, security was useless, they came in and watched the young girls shower ….. This wasn’t the first time Janitorial has been rude and ignorant to our family or people we know. Actually we hear it a lot. Security is ignorant and talk over you when you try to talk to them. ♀️♀️ $140/month for young teens to not feel safe there alone anymore.
Thank you for reaching out. Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all our guests is paramount to us. Rest assured, your concerns have been forwarded to the relevant supervisor for thorough review. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for everyone.
Fantastic experience: Nice and clean facility. Very helpful staff. The lifeguards are also great at their job and very attentive. Overall a very safe and family oriented setting
Thank you so much for your feedback especially about our attentive lifeguards. We are happy to hear you and your family had a great time.
Negative experience: I was at the woman's change room at the pool. There were some teenagers in the showers. They were screaming at the top of there lungs, for no reason. The cleaning lady, told them to stop screaming. Then the cleaning lady asked them and some other people to be careful, not to have soap on floor out of the showers. Someone might slip and get hurt. When the cleaning lady told them to be careful. I heard the one teen say to her friend. Should I go yell at her. For yelling at me. the teenager went up to the cleaning lady and pointed at her started yelling at the cleaning lady. Teenagers so disrespectful now a day's, I couldn't believe it. The teenager said don't ever yell at me as she pointed her finger. Customer isn't always right, when they don't know both side's of the story. if that was me when I was a teenager, my dad would have made me go apologize. I would have been grounded
Positive experience: Always excellent. Can be kinda expensive, I suggest buying the monthly kr anual pass
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you had a great experience.
Fantastic experience: Unbelievable! So much to do for kids and adults alike. Good value for the money. Bring your own lock for the lockers. The family change rooms are very well set up. Definitely recommend as a day out. Two waterslides for older kids and up. One waterslide dedicated to children under 13. Tot spot, lazy river w whirlpool that is fun, surfing spot, 2 lap pools and one pool for diving. 2 large hot pools. Overall very well laid out.
Thank you so much for you feedback. We are happy to hear that you had a great experience.
Positive experience: Make sure you call them before driving down. As sometimes some of the stuff maybe closed. The water is usually a tad chilly and the slides are usually closed for unknown reasons.
Thank you for your feedback, Darcy. Our current schedules are accessible online at www.cityofgp.com/schedules. There, you can find the schedule times along with a chart indicating which amenities will be open during those times. The waterslides are currently available during our limited public swim and public swim sessions. We also recommend checking our Facebook pages or www.cityofgp.com for any significant impacts on amenities or event closures.
Negative experience: This past weekend main desk couldn't be bothered to know of a staff meeting at 7 pm numerous ppl had to go back for refunding or passes poor communication
Thank you for your feedback. We have let our Guest Experience team know about this concern. Should you have any further questions or comments about the facility, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call 311 (780-538-0300 if outside of Grande Prairie).
Fantastic experience: Awesome place to spend time they have fun things like hot tub ,diveboards ,waterslides etc
That you for your feedback Jordan. We are happy to hear you had a great experience at our facility.
Positive experience: Love it here, I think we have always managed to miss the busy times. My only thing is pool rules, I was whisled at 3 separate times and told 3 different things by 3 different life guards all while just being at the diving boards. Every time I go there I get told something different.
Thank you for your feedback Ashley. We are happy to hear you enjoy our facility. We have passed your feedback on to our Guest Experience team.
Negative experience: This weekend my husband and I were planning on going to Eastlink for our daughter's first swimming trip. We checked the pool schedule on the website beforehand to make sure we had the right time as we live an hour out of GP. However, when we showed up we were informed the pool was closed because of the Alberta Winter Games. When we said there was no mention on the website or schedule, we were told that they knew the website wasn't updated as they had only updated their Facebook page. We were told to come back on Monday and no apology was given nor commitment to update the website to avoid this happening for the rest of the weekend. We sat on a bench near the ticket counter for awhile as we made alternate plans and numerous families came for public swim only to be told the same thing. Young children who were excited to go swimming left crying. It is unacceptable to not update the primary source of information and, if it was an accident, should have been corrected promptly so as not to inconvenience more families.
Thank you for your feedback Deanna. We recommend guests check out our website at www.cityofgp.com or our Facebook pages. On the home page you will find service announcements which will highlight any amenity closures at our facilities including Eastlink Centre. On our aquatics schedule there is also a note to advise guest that changes may occur and to look on our website for updates. Should you have any further questions or comments about the facility, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call 311 (780-538-0300 if outside of Grande Prairie).
Negative experience: Facility is good , hours for public swimming is atrocious. There should be public swimming after school.
Hello,Our team has worked to ensure a balanced service delivery between City water smart programs, like swimming lessons and advanced courses, user groups and the general public. The purpose of these time slots is to create the best spaces possible for both public & programming during their scheduled times, so that public swim isn’t impacted by bookings and vise versa. Our goal is to have less short notice impacts overall so that when you come to the pool, you know what to expect in terms of amenities. Thank you for your feedback, and should you have any further questions or comments about the facility, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call 311 (780-538-0300 if outside of Grande Prairie).
Negative experience: Great place but the schedule always seems to ruin your one day off. Unreal.

Negative experience: So sick of this place. Almost worth it to drive to another town (and might be necessary) with the new schedule and all the things that are always closed when you CAN go in for public swimming! People in GP are resorting to renting hotel pools due to how terrible this place is. It is unbelievable. One pool for a population of over 100,000 and for basically the entirety of weekday afternoons it is closed to the public?! Is this not a city facility, paid for with tax dollars?! The swim clubs should have a different facility. This is absurd and unfair to the rest of our population. I know many other people feel this way.

Positive experience: We came here for toddler swim and they had all the big splashy water jets turned off which made my toddlers very happy (sometimes it a bit much for them) but the air temperature outside the pool is SO COLD!!! Bring your towels onto the deck.
Positive experience: Eastlink offers a wide variety of activities that caters to many lifestyles. The facility has a lot of natural light and is clean (you can almost always see someone cleaning). The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Eastlink is a great place to bring your family. I did not give a five star review because the schedule for public swim is limited and not always convenient.
Negative experience: Pool, hot, sauna are never open or broken. Schedule for services change randomly and often.
Negative experience: Where poorly managed!!! Every time you try to get in - we over capacity, nobody know the wait time, you can stay in line for ever with kids while other people keep coming in!!!!
Negative experience: Can't get through for bookings online. When they say updated online means they did not. The website for bookings says call in to book. No phone number to get through to bookings. Terrible operations managers, staff in general are no good. Brutally ran facility compared to other places that have this type of center. They close their pool mat anytime without warning. You shouldn't have to call ahead to find out a schedule for the pool. Especially being closed from 1pm-6pm on a Saturday. You have been warned about their brutal operations...
Hello, Program registration became viewable on November 6 with programs opening for registration on November 14. The viewable period allows visitors the ability to plan which programs work best for them prior to registration becoming available so they can better plan the upcoming season. To contact the City with any additional questions or concerns, please email [email protected] or call 311 (780-538-0300 if outside of Grande Prairie).
Fantastic experience: Wonderful place moving forward within the lifestyle off movement. Love God Love Neighbor Reading the Bible everyday has changes outlook on lifestyle knowledge of ourselves and Creator " Believe "
Positive experience: I had a great time here but it could've been a lot better if the diving towers were open
Fantastic experience: Always a good time with the kids, pool renos took awhile but it's always a great place for the family
Negative experience: Can be nice if they tell when is the pool Is closed
Fantastic experience: World-class recreation centre in Grande Prairie. Tonnes of options for fitness, recreation and indoor socialization.
Fantastic experience: Multiplex offering a variety of sports
Fantastic experience: This place has it all! I couldn't believe how awesome of a place this is especially for my kids!
Fantastic experience: There is nothing better on a hot day than a quick swim.
Fantastic experience: Gym and swimming under one and the same roof. That's pretty neat
Fantastic experience: What a great place to go what an amazing place kind people fun place to walk..
Negative experience: the staff are very rude. i hate this place. I was kicked out for WALKING because they thought i was a student.
Fantastic experience: Great place for families to enjoy a day out
Fantastic experience: Really cool facility that offers a wide variety of different activities under one roof.
Fantastic experience: Great place, we go swimming there and its good
Negative experience: Who closes for maintenance when school starts why not during the summer when the outside pool is open at least
Fantastic experience: It's a great place I love taking my kids to the pool there.
Positive experience: Is there any plans to add or update some of the gym equipment? For the cost I feel they should be reinvesting in the gym area.
Positive experience: Great facility if everything was open. No slides so not much left to do.
Fantastic experience: Very clean public spaces, lots to do great to take the kids to the pool or to play volleyball, basketball. Very affordable.
Negative experience: Leave it to the eastlink centre to still be wasting my time with poor management decisions after all these years. I thought maybe when it opened these were kinks, not a feature.
Positive experience: Great place to swim BUT... swimming lessons become fullybooked in less then 10 min when applications are open... they need to adress the demand and need for more instructors/classes
Fantastic experience: Literally unmatched for amenities up north. The pool is AMAZING! Ontop of that it's one rate to get full access to the whole centre
Fantastic experience: The best pool for my little guy, money well spent, just an amazing pool for all ages. Highly recommend to any family
Positive experience: A variety of different water activities keep kids busy. The water temps are good and there are always lots of life guards.
Fantastic experience: Have a monthly year pass. Great for the kids to swim or skate while I work out. Friendly staff. And clean environment
Fantastic experience: I'm a hyooooge fan. Staff are friendly and helpful, everything is kept tidy and clean and they have everything I need for weightlifting and swimming. I'm even thinking of getting back into squash here
Fantastic experience: Staff at the front desk were amazing. Facility is great. Would like go see more gender neutral inclusive changerooms.
Negative experience: I’ve been waiting on hold for over one hour and 30 minutes. When I was transferred to the “retention” team, never expected this kind of retention. Worst internet service I’ve had, speaking after living in 3 different countries and several providers. The worst of the worst service
Positive experience: Fun time with the kids but it seems like every time we go something isn't working.. like the lazy river and slide is down again.. should be a discount for families that come for full experience and only receive bare minimum
Fantastic experience: The water park was closed due to smoke so we didn’t get to enjoy the place to its full extent, but still a wonderful facility.
Positive experience: Great facility. Loss of one star for how generally noisy it is. When built, no sound baffling was installed. For those sensitive to it, ambient noise is quite prevalent.
Negative experience: All areas of the water were too cold for my 8month old. I thought there was at least one area that was infant friendly. I remember a spot being warmer years ago but things change I guess.
Positive experience: Very fun. My daughter and I had a blast. The only thing is why all the Lizards looking over everyone? They're everywhere.
Fantastic experience: This place was great. Lazy river was my favorite. The kids loved it, very clean and well organized pool.
Negative experience: I’ve have been getting messages from family and from friends that the female workers are gossiping about me behind my back to them. Very unprofessional and rude to single out someone and talk about them to multiple people. Disgusted and am debating on switch to a different gym cause I do not believe any woman should have to put up with this high school gossip. I don’t even know the woman and yet they still talk about me.
Fantastic experience: We first went to exercise area, lots of selection of equipment. After our 1/2 hour workout, we went downstairs to enjoy the pool. Here, you will find a lazy river, sauna, hot tub, diving boards, and area to do Lapa. Great place to enjoy time that is away from the winter weather.
Positive experience: I love this place but I'm incredibly disappointed in the calling service. I have a simple question which would take 2 seconds, such as a very short call to see if the pool is open due to smoke it was closed the day before and I didnt wanna waste my time going there and being disappointed again. You dont actually get to talk to the staff at the front desk when you call eastlink centers posted number. So I wasted my time listening trying to call. Im going in person and will probably be turned away using more of my time and resources. I understand the natural disaster being a reason for the pools closure. I just would have liked a person on site to answer my quick question. It's not optimal to deal with an automated system that is the city of grande prairie and all its facilities. I called the eastlink center not the city, and I was blocked from accessing the information I wanted. Making me take action to go in person.
Negative experience: Refused to give my kids locks, said they were saving them for evacuees. My children were with evacuees that were staying at my house. Even refused the evacuees request to buy a lock for my children. Of course some loser steals my children's clothes and glasses. $400 dollar day that as far as I'm concerned they owe me
Negative experience: Going to a public pool with a child has never been so tedious. They banned all young children from the waterslides (not going back, seeing as I have a child) and lectured parents constantly in the pool, including for a kid getting 'water in her ears'. In a pool. Of water. Do they think they need to parent other people's kids? They intentionally removed all locker quarter locks and try to force everyone to buy their physical locks to keep our stuff from getting stolen. I'd rather drive to beaverlodge.
Fantastic experience: Eastlink Centre is a great place for family fun, working out, swimming lengths, water aerobics and so much more. Unfortunately, my last visit was to the Collision Reporting Centre, located inside the SE entrance. If possible, make your visit a more enjoyable one!
Negative experience: The shallow water aerobics is held in the 25 meter pool. The 25 meter pool is where all the swimming lessons are. That pool is always closed due to contaminants. Fecal matter. It takes about a week to get the pool up and going again. So those that want to do the shallow water aerobics miss out. That's not right. When this happens they opt to have the water aerobics in the lazy river. The lazy river is way too congested for the amount of people in the water aerobics class, there are also other patrons in there making it more congested. The water level is not deep enough. Also the current is not conducive to water aerobics. If I wanted to do the lazy river class that's the one I'd go to. It is not. This time the 25 meter pool is closed until April 16 for maintenance. Do we get compensation? No. Some part of the facility is always closed. Too bad there is not another pool to go to. What a joke.
Fantastic experience: Went to the pool. Great place for the whole family. Although it’s busy there, the wait times are short and lots of room. Clean change rooms, and the whole building is pretty cool to walk through.
Positive experience: It's the only true rec. centre in Grande Prairie. Definitely, it's the only indoor pool. It has everything, but is joined to a high school and many students roam the halls with little to no supervision. That issue really needs attention.
Positive experience: Visited the pool for the first time. Overall experience was great, I went with my 2 year old nephew and wish they let us go down the side together. Some rules seem silly but we still had a good time
Fantastic experience: The monthly membership allows unlimited access to all facilities and my most favorite to access is the swimming pool. I do wish the Flo Wave Rider was open more hours because I've only been there once while it was open and only watched as I was too scared to try it but now I want to try it and it's never open when I'm there. The slides are especially fun tho especially the tube slide .
Fantastic experience: Great place for some family/solo fun. Fair prices on their monthly memberships. The swimming pool is fantastic. We enjoyed just walking around the place. I asked about accessibility for storing of walkers while using the pool and they seemed very accommodating. They mentioned storing it behind the front desk to prevent stealing.
Positive experience: The Flo Rider has literally gone down only 6 hours a week which is sad cuz I used to ride at 6 hours Saturday. It's alone but other than that the facilities are nice shape. They're keeping the staff young. I guess you could say and the place is pretty clean
Positive experience: Great facility but it's poorly managed. Never enough staff for the pool or something is always broken. The field house is ok but the basketballs were lame and there is no rhyme or reason for the court setup. Have been thinking about a family pass to take advantage of the gym but the numerous times we have been turned away from the pool is concerning.
Positive experience: It's good overall but could be more accessible. There's no adult change tables for people with disabilities and the front door button isn't a button. You wave your hand to open the door. Which isn't great for people with limited hand control.
Fantastic experience: Amazing place for families, friends to relive some childhood fun! Just wish there were more tunbes for the lazy river but pool noodles were an okay substitute. Water slides were and absolute blast!! Surfing area was a hoit even just watching trying to decide if old hips would survive . Lifeguard staff were very on the ball keeping excited kids on track with the rules which was nice to see. Safety first
Negative experience: The Eastlink Center has a good variety of amenities but it seems geared towards older kids (schools right by it), as well as families with older kids, or just individuals on their own. It is NOT the greatest facility if you have a small infant or baby, unless you like to and are merely looking to walk the track. Breastfeeding seems to be hit or miss if allowed in certain areas and you will be confronted by staff. They will not do anything to make you feel more comfortable with this or for doing what you need to take care of your baby. There is also limited baby change tables, so the wait can be a bit. You cannot change a diaper outside of the bathroom, even if on your own change mat, as it will be reported and complaints will be made. The washrooms tend to smell foul as they don't change the designated diaper bins often. When we brought complaints forward to the staff about comments made towards us or issues occuring, things were just brushed under the table and then soon after they would notify about a policy change via the baby and me class instructor. The policies seemed to be changing all the time with no real care for moms with new babies. The baby and me class Victoria runs is great, only draw back unfortunately is it is only 3 times a week. Victoria is amazing and is the only staff member who seems to care about the mom's. Outside of this class time slot you cannot workout with your baby, even if they are in a stroller. All equipment or workout areas minus the walking track are for ages 13+. They have nothing to offer mums with babies throughout the summer months.
Fantastic experience: Great place as a water park. Great place as a gym. All in all great place
Fantastic experience: This place has all you wanted to keep an active child busy. The slides open at 4pm onwards.
Positive experience: Good work out facilities and a lot of choices in sports activities.
Negative experience: Not impressed. How does a parent with children wanting to swim get a hold of this facility? Can't believe tax payers of Grande Prairie put up with this...
Negative experience: The prices were high and well in both the pool and the gym it was hard to use for a long time because there would be some kind of team that would show up and use it taking it and making you leave even if your time that you paid for wasn’t over
Negative experience: Their showers are cold, and have been for months. All of their pools are colder than they used to be. Something isn't working and they aren't fixing it.
Negative experience: No hot showers in change room for 2weeks... very little effort made in public health and safety measures prior to entering pool.
Fantastic experience: Really great community centre. The gym is massive, lots of room. Right on a bus route, and they always have events going on
Negative experience: Worked out then couldnt use hit tub or steam room...poor management was told to wait till 330pm cuz pool.was booked.. no wonder people stipped coming and paying outrageous fees when faciluity is poorly run and managed
