Fantastic experience: I want to give a huge shoutout to Gains Fitness and their ownership! I was in town for 5 days on a conference and wanted to continue my regiment while I was here. I reached out to Cory and he hooked me up! Paperwork all taken care of virtually, key fob waiting in the lock box for me. Is this a 5 star gym? No of course not. Is this a place that gets the job done?Absolutely! Great old school vibe with a lot of variety of equipment! This is the type of gym you feel! Thanks again Gaiz Fitness!! Can’t wait to come back!

Positive experience: Great staff. Was very welcoming to me coming from out of town for a few days. Lots of equipment which is fantastic but having so much stuff makes it a little crowded.
