Fantastic experience: Well used facility, starting to show it's age. Hopefully some of the new "military" money will land here

Fantastic experience: It has everything you would need. Weights rooms, cardio room, gym floor, pool, swim lesson, lifeguard courses, squash court, sports, and the staff are great.

Positive experience: Nice gym with a variety of things to do. Staff are super friendly. Pool, weight room, sauna, and gym. There are drop ins and classes.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym - 2 weight rooms, 1 cardio, court and sauna. Plus very fair price ($8/day for public).

Fantastic experience: Not a huge spot but it had all of the equipment anyone needs. Weights, machines, pool and a big floor surface.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Most importantly, the equipment is new and well maintained. My workouts are focused on the four main lifts (bench press, deadlift, military press and squat) and I never have to wait for equipment. Lastly, the clientele are great and contribute to a positive atmosphere; and it's the people that make a gym great. Best gym I've worked out at.
