Fantastic experience: One of the best overall gyms I’ve been to…selection of equipment is unparalleled and they have a great selection of machines and free weights. The cardio equipment is also really good - treadmills, elliptical, stair climbers, etc.. - they just have one or two of everything and lots of some of the equipment is pretty specialized. It shows that the person who owns and built this gym knows what they’re doing as you very rarely see gyms that are so well outfitted. The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and gave me a tour and was super positive. Gym was spotlessly clean as you’re asked to take off your outside shoes. They offer day passes which are super reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get a workout in Fort St. John.

Positive experience: Wi-fi that doesn’t connect to the internet. 30 year old equipment. A windowless basement with air conditioning that doesn’t work. Step it up.

Fantastic experience: Gym was well equipped and affordable and clean. Cables work perfect. Lot of different cardio machines. And the best part is if you get there before 6pm... on Sunday(for day pass)you can stay longer!! It so rate gyms that are open late on Sunday.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Lots of equipment, clean, free wifi, and wonderful staff. Other members are friendly, which makes for a nice workout. I was nervous coming in by myself the first few times. I got over that pretty fast!

Fantastic experience: The ShawGo Wifi was fixed and works great again which our family appreciates. The gym is clean, the staff and gym members are nice and make everyone feel welcome no matter what your fitness level is. The equipment is all relatively new plus the NEW Jacob's Ladder that they just installed is awesome! The air conditioning keeps the air fresh especially in the cardio room on the lower floor has it's own climate control for classes- we don't care that it's not the hugest gym cause it's a quality gym with all the equipment we need, the atmosphere is positive & productive to workout in and there's no drama.

Fantastic experience: extremely clean gym, free wifi is a plus same with after hour access. a lot bigger than what it looks, two floors packed with the essentials.

Negative experience: Friendly staff??? Where? Not sure how to get in if you work all day.
