Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Prevail Athletics, it's a one stop fitness shop! Huge open gym area with equipment and weights, separate spin and yoga studio, ladies only section, a dry sauna, tanning facilities, and classes are included in membership. They have child mining services, monthly deals, and their own supplement store. Student pricing available, monthly or punch passes, great value for the money here, very clean gym, thanks Prevail!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is so positive. Every time I go to the gym it's always such a wonderful experience. The equipment and gym are super clean, and well put together. Prevail is such a great gym, I've only had great experience and I recommend it highly to all my friends and family.

Positive experience: Good gym, staff is great, but some gym goers are rude, entitled, use multiple pieces of equipment at the same time so you can't get in there and do a set while they are on another piece of equipment

Fantastic experience: Unreal facility, tons of free weights and hammer strength machines. As far as the gym goes the highlight is the small turf for sled pushes and farmer carry variations. The best part however is the staff, I was treated amazingly by Christy. 100% will be the gym I use whenever I'm in FSJ

Negative experience: Good gym while your a membership there But once you cancel because we had to move... No so much. They keep taking monthly payments etc. Been calling them for 2 weeks now and can't even get a real good answer of what's going on. Poor service that's for sure. I even ask for the owner to call me and nothing. I would suggest not to go there.. I now know 3 other people that has the same issues.

Positive experience: Decent equipment but the rates are not competitive with the other gyms in Town. The music wasn't even playing in the women's section and when I asked for the desk girl to turn it on it wasn't working. The area is Decent, staff is helpful, but needs to be more community minded

Positive experience: The staff are great and the place is clean. I don't like that it's always so cold, others agree. And I like the trainers but when they train in groups everyone leaves jackets and purses in the boxing area and even on equipment. You would think the instructor would ask the class to keep belongings in the lockers provided.

Positive experience: I got a three month membership here not too long ago - they have all of the equipment for strength training I needed, most of the time I didn't need to wait on a certain piece of equipment. The facilities were always clean and the equipment was mostly in good shape. The only complaint I had was the staff accusing younger gym members of not properly putting equipment away - without any proof of the matter.

Negative experience: Bad quality squat racks. Very cheap and can easily tip over when there are no weights on them. You shouldn't be able to move a squat rack single handedly even if there is no weight on it. The building its in is also not designed for a gym. A guy deadlifting 275lbs shook the floor. It shouldnt do that. You can tell the flooring is on some kind if plywood and is elevated from the foundation which is not good when you have weight in a small concentrated area. They made lots of room to fit a place for punching bags but did so by crowding equipment in other parts. Not worth your money. Even the gym in Chetwynd, a town of only 4000 people, had much better quality than this place.

Negative experience: World Gym continued to WITHDRAW money from my bank account for 5 months AFTER I thought I had terminated my contract. Their "knowledgeable" staff failed to re-inform me of their proper procedure to terminate a contract, and the owner KRISTA refuses to try and find a solution. No re-reimbursement, no compensation and I am left with absolutely nothing. (There was more than $400 taken from my account.) Did I mention I was a loyal, paying member for almost 3 years? This is a gross franchise with a gross owner who is not concerned about anyone but herself. I will NEVER step foot in this facility again nor will I ever have anything good to say about it or the owner.
