Fantastic experience: Joined a few months ago, great environment, great people, great teachers and a great work out! Priced very reasonably and has a well suited schedule for the fort mcmurray people. Good location and very welcoming. Has a wide range of age groups and experience levels in the teen adult class so you are able to learn from each other comfortably. Great place to gain confidence and control mingled with the self defense skills that i believe everyone should possess given there own capacity. Highly recommend! Bring the family!
