Fantastic experience: First time attending a class at Soar since moving to Fernie and it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed Denise’s spin class, she was so lovely and welcoming and I’m already looking forward to the next class. My walk home hurt so bad but in the best way possible!

Fantastic experience: Soar is my saviour! I started going regularly almost a full year ago - in the past year, I've found connection as a newbie to Fernie, I've found confidence that had long been lost as an overweight woman in mid-40s, and I found endless love and support from MJ and Michelle and the other instructors. This is such a positive, happy place for me - the early morning spin classes make my days SOOOOO much better than without - an incredible cardio boost complete with great vibes and great loud music, and the circuit classes are making me stronger and even more confident in my fitness journey. Then, Simone's Yin yoga class on Fridays is a truly wonderful way to stretch it all out. There are other yoga classes I can't wait to try. I am truly grateful for this place. If you're on the fence, just reach out - you will be met with beautiful, inclusive support.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Soar! The instructors are amazing and the studio is beautiful and clean. Starting your day with a fun, challenging, sweaty workout is so uplifting. The evening classes are so great as well for an after work energy boost. Shout out to MJ & Michelle for creating the best environment in Fernie with an assortment of classes.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, 1000% recommend SOAR Studios to anybody looking to get into Spin, or other kinds of Fitness classes! Michelle and MJ are so welcoming and friendly, and treat you with kindness every single time. I was new to spin, and they both took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to do. Now I LOVE going to spin classes and try to make it out as much as I can. You always feel like a part of a community every time you go. They also sometimes have fun special events, and their most recent “Learn to Latin Dance Night” was some of the most fun my husband and I have had here in Fernie! If you are thinking about going, just DO IT, I promise you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Oh SOAR...you offer such a welcoming, fun, relaxed yet challenging environment in one of Fernie coolest buildings. As for spin class...I work much harder on that bike than when I go riding outside, honestly! This is mostly due to the fact that I can close my eyes during all my sprints and heavy climbs AND NOT FALL OFF MY BIKE or ride off the side of the mountain, or into oncoming traffic or the river! Lol! Thanks for creating such a fantastic community. Love ya!

Fantastic experience: Great spot, super clean, and positive atmosphere. I started taking the Essentrics classes due to a nagging shoulder issue and I am now 100% pain free. I am hooked. Kathy is a great instructor! This place has everything. Second review. Two words... Krista's classes!! I branched out and started attending Krista's Smart Fit classes on Fridays. She is the BEST. Super fun class, lots of energy, great results, and she keeps me smiling through the whole hour. Strongly suggest you try any of her classes!!

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Canada I was craving my regular pilates classes in Australia, which lead me to Soar Studios. This studio has everything you can ask for, so many different and intense classes plus such relaxing and soul rejuvenating mediation and yoga classes. Great instructors, great space; all around amazing results.
