Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with this gym. Membership is very cheap, machines are great and staff is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this gym back in 2017 when I moved to LaSalle. Definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Le Flex est un endroit où il fait bon s’entraîner. Gym presque 24/7. Si vous cherchez un Gym avec du bon matériel, en plusieurs exemplaires : 3 bench press, 2 incline (me semble) 4 squatting cages... Les poulies sont graissées régulièrement et entretenues. Les machines qui nécessitent une réparation sont mises de côté et réparées plutôt rapidement. Le ménage est fait en continu. Les douches gagneraient à être rénovées. L’ensemble du Gym nécessite un rafraîchissement mais ça reste très cool de s’entraîner. Les membres du Gym sont agréables à côtoyer dans l’ensemble. Le personnel pourrait être plus souriant mais le propriétaire est cool. Assez fréquenté, mais on peut s’entraîner quasiment sans attendre même aux heures de pointe.

Fantastic experience: Gym vintage assez propre (salle d’entraînement) et très bien entretenu. Très bien équipé en machines, « dumbell » et « plates ». Vestiaire...sans commentaire... L’espace est bien maximisé et bien rangé. Excellent rapport équipements/heures d’ouverture/prix.

Fantastic experience: Ouvert presque 24h/24. Les cours de groupe sont exceptionnel. Des équipements bien entretenus et renouvellés au besoin. Une grande variété de machines. Il y a un service d'entraîneur et un bar à smooties. Les vestiaires ont un sauna sec. Le meilleur endroit pour s'entrainer à LaSalle. Le rapport qualité/prix est le meilleur du quartier. Il y a un parking et est accessible en transport en commun.

There is plenty of space and the workout equipment is great. For those so inclined, they offer group classes of things like spinning and yoga. On top of that, they run a lot of promotions for membership and the price is right
