It focuses more on upper body and arms, but the cardio equipment is great! Great place to work out, love the environment! It's a convenient place with lots of direction and everyone knows how to help : D

They are always willing to help, even when they are three to do a personal workout. They will stop what they are doing to help anyone. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly...like a big happy family.
