Fantastic experience: If you like to weight train, for sure this a good place to check out. A few cardio machines, not much space to stretch and only a couple racks— but there is a really good variety of weights, machines, and cables, and some old school body-building machines. Fantastic experience: Awesome, if you want the best gym experience on the Island come in and check it out. The equipment is clean, well-maintained, and there’s never a shortage of options whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or working on mobility. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating without the ego you find in some gyms. If you’re looking for a local gym that’s super clean, well-equipped, and run by someone who truly cares, Fitco is the place. Highly recommended! Don't just go by reviews, CHECK THIS PLACE OUT FOR YOURSELF.

Fantastic experience: It's got the right equipment and accessories. The placement of the equipment is optimized not only for space in general but more importantly for directing foot traffic around the floor... it is cramped but you get used to the proper paths you can walk through the crowd of equipment. It's got a nice old couch by the door if you need to remove footwear or pound a shake along with a tv. Some review said the bathrooms are dirty. I've never seen them dirty. Lots of mirrors to admire your gains and lots of pro signed BB pics... this place is a shrine to building muscle for the area.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Small but packed to the brim with everything you need for an amazing workout. Super impressed with the amount of equipment in this no nonsense gym. Kudos to the owner and whoever designed it because they dispensed with all the fluff and rammed it full of useful items. The staff were super welcoming as soon as I stepped in and pointed me towards the belt closet (which has 10+ belts, straps, etc) when I asked to borrow a belt. Pros: - more 45lb plates than a goodlife 3x the size - 150lb dumbbells - friendly staff Cons: - small gym - iron weights - only 2 racks

Fantastic experience: A great gym. Owners are super welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. You’ll feel right at home here. Very reasonable rates and great collection of equipment overall. From most gyms I’ve found this has to be one of the best. The place is somewhat small but packs a lot in yet it doesn’t feel cramped or crowded. It’s gets things right for sure. Would definitely recommend to others. 10/10 overall would recommend. Glad I found this place
