Fantastic experience: Very nice and well maintained gym with friendly staff. Always helpful with any questions I have anytime that I am there. Nice to go in the morning when it is not so busy and all the clients are friendly as well. Clean locker rooms, restrooms, showers etc.

Fantastic experience: Came into Motion stonebridge as I am new to the city and looking for a gym membership. The person at the front desk worker John was very friendly and gave me a tour and went through membership prices. Will be back:)

Positive experience: Great gym, but the way the organization operates is frustrating. Bi weekly fees were bumped up to $29.99…$60 a month is not worth it when we are getting less then we did before. Not every location is 24/7 when that has always been a huge draw for me(and many others) plus, we were only given 4 or so days notice before the fees went up. Which means you had no choice but to pay the higher amount since its a 60 day cancellation. And the way the fees were bumped up, was by ending your original contract and starting a brand new one. So I was not able to review the original contract I signed to find any information on guidelines around membership increases. Would love to go back, if it goes back to being affordable

Fantastic experience: We use the Motion Fitness childcare at Stonebridge for both our daughters and it has been so great. Our first daughter started when she was 4 months old and she was so well taken care of. One of our favourite child care workers is Donna and she’s an absolute gem! When our second daughter was 6 months old we started taking her in there too even though she’s been so shy and scared of people because of Covid, not getting out much. I was worried she would start crying as soon as I left her to do a class but she was happy the whole time! Donna and her team does such a great job at keeping everything clean and sanitised and all the kids seem happy being there. I totally recommend using their childcare for busy parents who wants to do a workout while knowing their kids are well taken care of. Besides the awesome childcare the gym and classes are also great!

Fantastic experience: Motion Fitness Childcare has been such a valuable resource as a new parent. Being able to exercice regularily is such a challenge as free personal time and energy can sometimes be scarce. The staff at Stonebridge MF Childcare (Donna and Samantha) have ensured even during covid to provide such a clean and caring facilty for our daughter and friendly service to us. They even ensured that our daughter could have a room to nap in when really young in order to maintain her sleep schedule. They are very attentive and interactive with all the kids and we feel that while working out that she is always well stimulated, safe, clean, fed and in good hands. Our daughter looks forward to going there regularily as the facility has many toys and friendly faces to play with. The staff does a great job of resource planning to provide adequate ratios of staff to children at a very reasonable cost to the user and have always been attentive to any special needs. I coudn't recommend this service any higher and will be happy when our newest and smallest family members starts going there as well :)

Fantastic experience: My son has attended the childcare here for a number of years and I love how kind and professional the staff are with him. Even after he has been away for the school year, they still remember him the following summer. This past year I had a baby and was able to bring her as of 6 weeks old. This was an amazing thing when recovering from pregnancy and needing a break to take care of yourself. Donna is absolutely wonderful with my daughter and I felt at ease to leave her in the childcare ever since. I have said that I wish they were a full time daycare because I couldn't find anything like it. With covid restrictions happening, the childcare follows protocols to a T. The centre is clean and organized and the kids are supported in following these procedures with respect and kindness. I highly recommend using the childcare and would say it is a main reason for my husband and I being member of this gym.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Motion Fitness Stonebridge in September. It has been a great experience so far thanks to the personal trainer Ayo Peluola!! He is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He makes his clients feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely suggest booking a consult with Ayo!

Fantastic experience: Come in 5-6 days weekly, and always great to see John. He initially helped and guided me a lot with registration as well. When ever I need any help or guidance he’s always around and always amazing to talk to. If you ever see him around just go say hi and let him know he’s doing amazing!!!

The atmosphere can be a little intimidating, but one of the trainers, Ayobami, has been really great for giving me some tips for my workouts and making me feel more comfortable using equipment.

Fantastic experience: I have been in different gyms and Motion Fitness is by far the best. They offer towel service, red light chamber, tanning and steam room for an accessible price. They just need more parking spaces, but other than that it is awesome!

To be completely honest, I was not impressed at all but up until my man Derek was involved. I have not seen anybody so caring, professional and thorough like Derek. He truly made turned around the whole experience for me and his attitude is unmatchable!!! He was so dedicated to help me and made me feel as if my business is the most important to them. Fantastic experience: Joined for the huge selection of Group Classes and love them. Certified instructors are also caring, friendly and motivating! Gym kept very clean and equipment promptly serviced (tho sound system takes a while to be repaired). Been a member for 10 years. Never in a million years would I have thought I'd be so active at 59 and loving it. Thanks MoFit!

Fantastic experience: I workout almost every night here, its never busy. Its aleays very clean. The steam room and massage chairs are very nice. The people complaining are obviously the kinds of people who dont take their physical fitness seriously and are looking for any excuse to complain about having to do something they dont like. This place is inexpensive for what you get, if you use it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for workout. Has all the machines besides steam bath and massage chairs. Open 24/7. Spend as much time as you like. Ample parking space.

Fantastic experience: I go there regularly and attend yoga classes. They are great! I love Bree, she always has the best music ready, perfect routines, not too complicated yet with lots of options to go harder if you're a pro. It's great that classes happen almost every day, so I don't need to worry if I miss a day, because I can go again tomorrow.
