Forged Fitness 24 Hour Gym

Positive experience: I’ve been to a lot of gyms that feel more like nightclubs than fitness centers — blaring music, mirrors everywhere, people posing more than pushing weight. Forged Fitness isn’t that. And that’s a good thing. It’s not flashy, but it’s functional. Machines work. Space is clean. The vibe? Focused. Quiet. Determined. The kind of place where people actually work out. I came in late one night and was surprised by how calm it felt. Just a couple lifters doing their thing. No staring, no noise, no drama. One guy even gave me a quick nod when I couldn’t figure out a cable adjustment — didn’t make it weird, just helped and moved on. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because one of the treadmills made a weird squeaking noise that never stopped. Minor issue, but still — worth fixing. Other than that? Great experience. Forged is the kind of gym that doesn’t need to say “no judgement” — it just shows it.

Negative experience: It’s pretty hard to sign up for a gym membership when even when the hours they say are staffed, no staff is there! What’s the point of even being open to try and get more members if you never have staff on to accept them?! Their website hours say they are staffed from 12 to 4 on Sundays and yet nobody is there?! Maybe update your staffed hours on your website this way it saves people the trip of going down there for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I’m telling you right now this place slaps. I love it. A friend of mine and myself checked it out and are both signing up. You can tell the owner puts care and attention into it. It’s got a really cool aesthetic appeal that I love too.

Fantastic experience: I tried out Forged today as they’re having an open house month and it is SO awesome! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the other members helped when I looked lost and on top of that I got to finish my workout with a super yummy protein shake!! Love the atmosphere, it is so motivating. So happy to join this great community!!

Negative experience: Went for a day pass at this gym and there was barely any restrictions on masks, workers weren’t wearing masks and neither were the people working out. No wonder this place had a covid outbreak !

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym I have ever been in. It’s so clean and staff is so professional and knowledgeable. I feel safe in this gym during the pandemic and you can see the members of this facility care about the gym. Definitely a top notch facility !

The staff offer everything you want for personal training. It follows a very regimented cleaning routine & it also offers child care for my family. What more could anyone want or need.

Fantastic experience: This gym is my second home and I love the atmosphere. Equipment selection is top notch and I’ve never felt out of place or ostracized. They’ve done an amazing job during the pandemic and have made me feel extremely safe. They’ve limited walk-in traffic, moved equipment and put up barriers, and have purchased special disinfectant sprayers for improved effectiveness. Great gym, great people, great community, and great support.

We went in while they have free drop-ins just to check it out and we will definitely be back. Such a great relaxing atmosphere in there.

They have so many options for personal trainers, they have childcare and supply a great variety of supplements. Can't say enough how great Forged Fitness is!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Forged 6 months ago and I would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The gym is clean and new equipment is always being added. The membership is extremely affordable and is now open 24 hours. I am a believer in supporting local businesses and this one is definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: Forged gym is a top notch facility. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. Having trained with Lorraine in the past at other facilities, being with her in her own gym felt comfortable. Lorraine is very non judgmental and is willing to work with you to accomplish your own goals. Having trained with her both prior to and after a breast cancer diagnosis, I can attest to her abilities to modify a training routine to accommodate injuries and post surgical limitations.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with great staff. Gym is a very unique environment and has all the right machines and weight for beginners to experienced. They also have pre made workouts for their machines to get everyone started. The meals and shakes are also an extra bonus!
