Fantastic experience: DeAtra and Amanda are amazing. The facility is always clean and tidy.

Negative experience: Our experience has been that they are very difficult to deal with and continue billing past end of contract date, not respecting their own terms and conditions. It has been very disappointing and frustrating. They seem to be after money instead of satisfied customers. We would recommend avoiding this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out ! Lots of machines and the staff are always willing to give pointers.

Negative experience: This gym is excellent—one of the cleanest Anytime Fitness locations I’ve ever been to. The staff on site are wonderful. However, the owners seem to care about nothing; they are completely absentee. I have asked several times if they are going to fix the two Life Fitness Lifecycles in the back—both have had broken displays for two years, and one has never worked. It takes forever for anything to get maintenance, and I believe this is just due to greed—not wanting to spend money. The only time I have seen the owners is when they back up in their luxury cars after a Costco run. It took nearly two years just to get more towels. They clearly don’t care about the Anytime Fitness image. Puneet, it would be nice if you showed some pride in your business and stopped letting the staff handle all the complaints due to your lack of action. Just did a quick Google check we are only 79 km from your other Anytime Fitness District you own. Come see us once and awhile!

Fantastic experience: The music is awesome keeping me energized and motivated and I love the variety of equipment and general environment of the gym, the people who work here are helpful and welcoming! Would highly recommend this gym Reusable cloths and spray bottles for cleaning give it an eco friendly touch

Negative experience: Very bad experience I ever had they deducted the money from my account . Even I closed my account for them still . the manager didn’t explain me anything properly that thing happened me twice. I recommend people please go somewhere else don’t waste your money

Negative experience: I think it is sad that this business does not have a drop in option for people visiting from out of town and are looking to continue their fitness journey while away from home, I called September 21 2023 @ 4:45pm and the lady said nope members only, she was quite rude, I wonder if this is the same as all any time fitness locations

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness in Olds is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Coming from Calgary and being able to fit right in here is awesome. Everyone minds their own business, Carrie always is there to say hi and offer a spot. The staff do a great job keeping the place clean and tidy (tough to do when you have a 24/7 gym). Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: Just recently signed up, it’s a nice welcoming gym. Not usually very busy which is nice; small town gym. Has all the equipment I would want. Also very beginner friendly.

Negative experience: Attempted to get a mouth pass as I am a transient worker and was in Olds for the mouth. They wanted to charge me all the setup fees, which was going to be 105$ and then would have to pay for another month as I would have to cancel at the end of the month but then still billed for 30 days. So a total of 185$ for what would have only been 20 days. Like I said I have been to multiple communities and every other gym has either a straight monthly fee, punch card or will even make an exception. Even other Anytime Fitness locations. If you’re in the Olds area save your time and go to the college gym.

Positive experience: Hi, I am a Truck Driver From Surrey BC. Came to Olds to drop a Load. Came to this Gym as a Guest. Nice and spacious gym Bt the only thing is the Temperature inside… OMG it’s was so cold.. 18*C. Every single Fan was On… I came to gym to get some sweat Bt yeah it’s Cold… Plz fix the temperature… Otherwise all good…

Positive experience: It's a good gym except cleanliness, and I don't mean sanitization. I've seen the same smushed beetle for 2 days now. Water stains ot hard water build up is another indicator for me. One particular window has scribbles on it? AND the black gunck in the shower, ew. Please vacuum the floors as well. It also smells like cat food in the bathrooms, steming from the drain. Please anytime fitness olds, I like you look after your self.

Fantastic experience: There are fees along with the membership here. There's also less equipment than the CLC fitness center. That being said, this gym is 24 hours. It has more than enough equipment to get any workout you require. The traffic is minimal compared to other gyms. This gym is great if you're serious about getting healthy & staying that way. If you're scared of Covid, stay home & don't go to any gym.. Period. This review is my opinion & I stand by it. Anytime Fitness is worth paying a few extra fees for people who are committed.

Fantastic experience: Staff is warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Carrie is a wonderful and patient trainer. Grace and Carrie run a clean and tidy gym.

Fantastic experience: As a first time gym member I don't have a lot to compare to but I can say that the membership process, first session with the trainer and the continued visits have been excelent! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I was (am) a bit intimidated by equipment I don't normally use but this gym isn't too busy and there's always been someone to help me out if I need. I'm also happy it's 24/7... my schedule is spiratic so now I have no excuses!

Even before lockdown. Shout out to Brook for always being up beat and friendly to everyone walking in the door, and to carri who's experience and knowledge positively benefits all members she works with. TBH the staff is what makes this place great.

Negative experience: Staffs fine, equipment election is poor for a commercial gym, with commercial rates. Huge selection of badly designed cable units, no modern leverage units, or progressive machines. Gets old fast.

Positive experience: I've been coming to the gym here in Olds for 3+ weeks now. Love getting back at it. The gym, equipment, changerooms flooring are always clean. Brooklyn was super helpful with an issue I had, (which was no fault to her or gym) I never feel cramped in between equipment. Thanks ATF!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff and trainers here are great. The Facility is brand new and well taken care of so far. I really like that I get a key fob that I can use to get into the gym at any time since my schedule varies from day to day and often I have to go after closing. Every time I've gone, I've felt comfortable. As someone who is often intimidated by everyone at the gym, feeling like I'm way behind everyone else, I feel like there was an even number of people just like me as well as extremely fit people so I don't feel intimidated at all. The fitness trainers are great, you get a free assessment and plan for signing up!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy Anytime Fitness opened up in Olds. It’s so nice to actually go to a gym in town that cares about you, and actually knows your name. The girls, and Ian, ;) are so amazing, so helpful, and so kind. I feel so comfortable going there, asking questions and getting help if needed. The equipment is top notch, and bonus, the stair master doesn’t pinch your toes (like some I’ve been on). I love this gym, would recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I signed up Sept 2017. I love the access, the cardio equipment is top of the line..a good selection of cable machines, They have lots of room for weights and free exercises like kettlebell/ pylometrics etc. Sanitary wipes everywhere, showers, Smith machine, 3 squat racks, box jumps..I could go on! My favorite thing is that you write your suggestion on wall by door and they actually do it!! Oh and the free app has awesome workouts ( and I've paid personal trainers to make me custom workouts for years), plus it can track your fitness, eating, and motivate you.
