Positive experience: Great small town gym

Fantastic experience: Started going to this gym a little over a month ago. I had read the reviews and noticed the one star review about the gym owner and that individual’s first impression of her. I, however, had a very pleasant experience signing up with her and getting the run down of the gym. No issues at all. I had lived in Carstairs before, and recently moved back. I didn’t know there was a gym in town until I looked into it and signed up. So far my husband and I are both extremely pleased. It has essentially all of the equipment of larger gyms, just on a smaller scale. It is so clean, is never too crowded, and I love that it has a simple 24/7 access. Would definitely recommend checking it out!

Negative experience: The facility looked lovely. How ever I will never work out here purely based on my first impression of the owner. I’ve never been talked down to by someone I’ve never met before. What a strange lady.

Fantastic experience: I visit Uptown Gym multiple times per week. There is a wide variety of machines and weights to work with. The gym is always sparkling clean and has plenty of room to accommodate the regular attendees. The owner, Jessica, is attentive, friendly, and helpful. This place has made my life so much better since we moved here 2 years ago!
