Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Very friendly staff and amazing equipment. Was rarely ever busy even between 4-6pm, usually very easy to get access to the machines you want. Just be sure to lock your stuff up as I had 2 expensive perfumes stolen from inside my bag not thinking that someone would go through my locker when there are so many cameras. Obviously my fault and not the staffs, just a tip!

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in to Gridiron you can sense the good energy. The owners and staff are the nicest people you’ll meet. The gym is always spotless with all the equipment you’ll need for an elevated workout experience. The organic smoothies and snacks are the best in town. I’ve spent a few nights in their Energy Enhancement (EE) system room and it is the most calming and relaxing space in town. Instantly, I can feel my worries and tension melt away as I relax in their ever so comfortable reclining chairs with a freshly brewed cup of tea. My body always feels amazing after I leave. After a few EE sessions, my father in laws memory has improved and my mother in laws eyes have seen great improvement. I highly recommend giving the EE system a try.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Energy Enhancement Room overnight a couple weeks ago twice different days. I was having a hard time sleeping, my energy level was low and my lower back was bothering me. Now i feel almost 100 persent I haven't felt this Good in while. Now Iam back the Gym! Definitely recommend this Place. Staff is Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for just over a year. The facilities are super clean, and equipment is all top notch and well maintained. I love how it's sectioned off from machines to free weights/squats racks. I frequently use the upstairs Gridroom to warm up/cool down. The staff and owners are so warm and friendly, and I never feel uncomfortable there. Highly recommend!

Want to update, 2022 update:I continue to go to this gym after the long covid closures and changes. Gridiron up'ed their game to deal with covid. Still super clean and now 24 / 7 access, super helpful and friendly staff. Love this gym.

Even in this time of uncertainty, I feel safe working out at Gridiron because it is always extremely clean and well kept. No matter where I go I always compare other gyms to Gridiron, so far none are even close to comparing.

The management and staff take pride in their business by keeping it clean and well maintained as well as providing an uplifting environment for everyone and anyone. You will not find a better gym than this!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here, its my second home and the owners/staff treat you like a family, and would go extra mile to accomodate your needs. Not only is it homey, its cleanliness is unparalleled to any other gyms in town. Having able to work here before, i know how the staff takes pride in cleaning and sanitizing the gym at all times (even before the Covid). Lastly, its got all the equipments i need! Oh and yummy smoothies too!!!

Fantastic experience: Gridiron is hands down the cleanest gym I have ever come across. The are a great variety of new equipment and a great options for cardio. Every type of workout is ready for you when you walk in. I worked for Gridiron about ten years ago and I still consider Gridiron my home. The owners treat their staff like family, and we grew to be a tight knit family over the years. Even today when I go to Gridiron I am always welcomed with professional and polite staff. If your an experienced gym goer or if it’s your first time, this gym has everything your looking for! 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: No matter what I always find myself comparing other gyms to Gridiron. Is it as clean, as up to date with equipment, as good customer service, or as comfortable of a place to go? Most don’t compare. I enjoy Gridiron so much. I have been a member for over 10 years and I was also an employee for a few years. As a member, I have always felt that Gridiron was a very welcoming gym. Every time I come in I’m welcomed by the cheerful staff. When I worked there I learned many valuable skills that I have carried with me throughout my life. Whether your looking to start your fitness journey or are a long time gym junkie, Gridiron is always my recommended fitness facility in Dawson Creek.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I am a triathlete and do all my resistance training here as well as my running in the winter. The gym has everything I need to get my workouts done and the equipment is very well taken care of. The super friendly staff bring it to the next level and make it a great place to be!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a one month pass while visiting the area, they have a great student discount and the facility is very clean! I’ve enjoyed all of my workouts at this gym and would highly recommend checking it out.

Positive experience: Clean gym, nice equipment. Drop in rate is a bit expensive however they offer competitive weekly rates for transient people (38 bucks or so). I enjoy my time here, and there have been multipule times I've had the entire gym to myself. Nicest gym in Dawson.

Positive experience: Nice gym. Machines good for small town gym. Piss poor gym etiquette from some of the juicers. Super sets using 2 or 3 machines at once in a busy gym was common practice by some. Staff seemed nice. Weekly rates awsome for short term visitors.
