Impulse Studio

Fantastic experience: I visited this studio whilst travelling and the experience was amazing. The studio was welcoming and everyone was very approachable and friendly towards me. I thoroughly enjoyed the class content, it was both challenging and flexible, allowing me to put my own spin on things whilst teaching me new moves/combos which I'll bring sure to take forward in my dancing. Thank you for hosting me, I loved the studio! :)

Fantastic experience: Impulse Studio has been a place of empowerment and happiness for me over the past 7 years! Breanne has created a beautiful safe space for all to enjoy a fun challenging workout like no other! Her many years of instructing both pole and gymnastics show in all her classes. Pole with her is fun and challenging but also well instructed. Her passion to teach the sport shows in her enthusiastic and welcoming spirit. She encourages her students to challenge themselves physically but with safety in mind always. Her classes are well designed for everyone to have an excellent workout in a safe body positive atmosphere. All can feel welcome and safe here to explore the addictive pole experience. The studio is clean and inviting with lots of room between the 9 poles! I came for a work out but I stayed for the community that has evolved at Impulse . My favourite place to climb 12 feet and feel on top of my world !

Fantastic experience: Breannes studio is sooo amazing! She created such a beautiful safe (and HUGE) space for us to express ourselfs freely. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and she is very good about 1 on 1 help when you need it. Everythiny from her stretching and helping with tricks was fantasic. Best in the valley and definitely the best decision i made to join her and the team!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic crew of fitness instructors who teach the ful body work-out of pole fitness. Pole is an amazing exercise for everyone. Excellent for confidence! There are also classes for stretching, exotica, floor work and choreography!
