Fantastic experience: You can always count on a fantastic workout. The instructors are awesome and always there to assist. I’ve been going for a few years now and the variety in their classes is amazing. It’s also great that you can work at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: Love the full body circuit style classes as I am not interested in doing cross fit. The people are super friendly, the coaches are extremely responsive when emailed. I appreciate the correction on form from the coaches and I am happy to say I finally found my workout family. My only regret is not finding you sooner! Looking forward to getting back in shape and losing weight for a healthier me in 2025!

Fantastic experience: I am enjoying the classes and like how their payment is organized (for the small classes) I never feel I have wasted my money when I can’t make it. And the punch card allows me to go Muay Thai when I can. Thanks

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of BodyNetix for just over 5 years. Throughout that time, I’ve always felt supported, encouraged and empowered. On October 24 I was diagnosed with a life threatening neurological condition. I was paralyzed. For weeks I was only able to move around with wheelchair support. This rare syndrome left me with little balance and painful nerve regeneration. As I slowly recovered, I returned to BodyNetix. Those amazing, caring, knowledgeable trainers were there for every step of the way. They modified exercises, encouraged me and held my hand as I cried from frustration. Yesterday, I had a visit with my neurologist. She told me that my recovery has been amazing. She credits my recovery, in large part, to my workout program. Thank you, Megan, Raida, Megan, Cassandra, Erin and Ally. You are life changing ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff; workable / available schedule for classes; reasonable rates compared to other similar facilities in the Valley; small enough classes to get the attention and support one needs. Definitely recommend and with the first week free thing, it's easy to find out for yourself before making and fiscal commitments.

Fantastic experience: I love this workout studio! Every workout is challenging, effective, and thorough. Instruction is clear, and the environment is welcoming and supportive. The workouts are definitely challenging, and a beginner would have to modify, but all workouts lend themselves to be suitable for any level and modifications.

Fantastic experience: Great training centre for all levels of fitness. The trainers are excellent, they keep you moving and give training tips along the way. I havent taken there 21 day challange but have seen amazing results from everyone who does. Check it out, they offer a free drop in.
