Fantastic experience: Astrofit is the best gym I’ve ever come across. It’s a gym focused on you and your results and they have thought of everything to make that happen for you! I have a semi-private membership which I highly recommend to anyone who needs that extra push and help from a trainer. All the trainers are amazing!! As if that’s not enough, it includes pre and after supplements to really get you ready and in shape, meal plan and workout plan for those days you don’t want to workout with a trainer. For the first time in my life I’m excited to book and go to the gym and I’ve never felt better in my own skin! LOVE my Astro-fam!

Conscient que chacun a ses objectifs, limites, etc. J'adore le sentiment lorsque ma coach me faire repousser une limite que j'étais certaine était impossible a atteindre. Que du plaisir célébrer mes succès avec eux ! De plus l'emplacement RDP est idéal si vous voulez vous entrainer pour des courses a obstacles ! (corde, monkey rings, etc)

Fantastic experience: I looooove Astrofit !! I train at the RDP location and i’m really ejoying myself. I’ve trained before at other gym and crossfit gyms but i’ve never felt so motivated by trainers others that are there and by my environment. They really pay attention to your body positionning during exercice to optimize results and avoid injuries and really walk you through everything to help you achieve your goals. I strongly recommand it !!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym seriously! I have never felt so comfortable going to the gym and being confortable with myself. You feel like family and the trainers help you how to count your macros and are ALWAYS available. This gym is totally worth it :)

Fantastic experience: Just want start by saying congratulations on the 2nd opening of Astrofit and to many more !!! I'm currently a member at Astrofit Blainville, but I've trained in RDP a couple of times and trust me it's worth the drive. These trainers are people who care and motivate you to become better. I recommed meeting with these trainers 100%. They are equipped and they know what there doing. Results is what you want. This is the gym for you. Nothing but love for them, they should be proud for how far they've come.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at gym for so long and I can honestly say it’s the best place i have ever been. Thanks to Sarah and Yahia, they helped me improve myself in every way and actually made me love training! The gym is so well equiped and it looks amazing! I definitely recommend this gym to everyone!!! Definitely deserve the 5 star rating!!!

Fantastic experience: I initially had Sarah as a coach at another gym and when she opened Astrofit, I had to follow her ! Even if you hate her during a workout, you can see the progress and you know it worth it. Definitely recommend this place, its a big family and everybody is here to help, coach and other clients :)

Fantastic experience: Best gym EVER! J'aime pas dire ''Gym'' en fait parce que c'est vraiment plus que ça. Encouragement, motivation, détermination et amour sont les premières caractéristiques de Astrofit et des Coachs là-bas. Ils changent des vies, c'est incroyable à quel point tu te sens chez toi quand tu rentre là. Ils prennent soin de nous (les clients), ils se rappellent de tous et chacun.... Tu ne passe jamais inaperçue. Tu n'es pas un numéro ou un revenue pour eux. Tu es important, tu es leurs goal à eux !!!! Leurs goals c'est de nous faire réussir TOUT LE TEMPS, de repousser nos limites et nous obliger à voir que nous sommes tous des athlètes. On est une famille, tout le monde s'encouragent. L'argent, les efforts et le temps investis au Astrofit en vaut CLAIREMENT la peine. AstrofitFam, Thank you !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Un gym hors de l’ordinaire . Au début , j’y allais par curiosité et maintenant j’y vais pour le challenge et le plaisir que ça me procure . Les entraîneurs sont des gens de cœur qui ont notre réussite à cœur . De plus , je n’ai vu que des résultats depuis que je suis chez Astrofit rdp. Nous sommes une famille . Nous nous encourageais les uns les autres et c’est ce qui les différencie des autres gym . Je le recommande à tous ceux qui voudraient essayer une nouvelle expérience avec des entraîneurs qualifiés et aimable . N’hésite pas , venez nous rejoindre .

Fantastic experience: To be honnest this is not only by far the best gym and trainers you can ask for ....they become family ! ... they are always there to each and everyone of there clients ... they guide you listen to your problems and for my personal experience each and every single time i came in feeling sad or bad i left with the biggest smile ! .... and i was reading the reviews and for those who are putting 1 star ... you must be reviewing the wrong gym.and staff or you got ask to do something discusting like that .... and for the real CLIENTS OF ASTROFIT ! WE KNOW HOW AMASING THIS GYM IS AND HOW PRECIOUS THOSE TRAINERS ARE !

Fantastic experience: Beau gym avec ambiance motivante, comme si nous formions une famille . Soutien et encadrement impeccable. Les coachs veulent ta réussite autant que toi. J'ai commencé à celui de Blainville et j'ai été chanceuse d'assister à leur expansion. N'hésitez pas à aller visiter celui à Blainville et bientôt Laval!

Fantastic experience: What an awesome place to get in shape! Great trainers that are motivating and helpful! Also, best part of your visit will be a Shake. MUST HAVE after every workout! Yes... they also have meals!
