Positive experience: Le gym est propre, bien équipé, et les cours de groupe sont variés, dynamiques et appréciés — ils se remplissent vite, ce qui démontre leur popularité. Toutefois, une fois sur place, aucune vérification de l’inscription n’est faite, ce qui peut causer de la confusion. De mon côté, je ne me suis pas senti à l’aise d’utiliser la machinerie, en raison du manque d’encadrement sur le plancher. Pour les personnes moins expérimentées, cela peut rendre l’expérience intimidante. L’ambiance générale bondée est davantage axée sur la performance, et la clientèle adopte parfois des comportements peu accueillants, ce qui peut créer un certain malaise. Autre point à améliorer : la communication autour des services. On m’a mentionné après mon inscription qu’il était possible d’avoir accès à un entraîneur privé sans abonnement — une information qui aurait été utile avant de m’engager. L’approche semble très orientée vers les ventes, ce qui donne parfois l’impression d’être poussé plutôt que bien accompagné. Cela dit, pour ceux qui sont autonomes, à l’aise avec l’équipement, et qui recherchent des cours de groupe actifs, cet endroit peut tout de même convenir. Un encadrement plus humain et des explications plus claires feraient toute la différence.

Fantastic experience: FireFit’s honestly one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to, they’re always on top of it. The staff are super chill and actually make you feel welcome, not just another number. The price is really reasonable, especially for what you get. I thought parking would be a pain, but I always find a spot, no stress. It’s just a good vibe all around, glad I found this gym.

Fantastic experience: Ce qui m’intéresse le plus dans ce gym c’est les cours de groupes et j’ai trouvé une coach merveilleuse qui nous pousse à nous dépasser! C’est CLAUDIA Murgoci La MEILLEURE! Sa générosité, ses conseils et sa volonté de nous faire progresser sont réels et cela me touche beaucoup! Elle prend le temps de nous corriger et de régler le vélo pour une meilleure performance. Elle sait ressortir le meilleur en nous! J’adore ses cours de Spinning et de Pilates.

Fantastic experience: L’un des meilleurs gym qui j’ai pu essayer à Montréal. L’ambiance, l’équipement, la courtoisie des membres et bien plus. Je tiens à dire que j’ai bien apprécié l’expérience client/ employés surtout de la part à Nataly qui m’a bien conseillé sur pour mon abonnement.

Fantastic experience: Très belle salle de sport! Avec une grande variété d’équipements. Les machines sont casiment neuves.C’est la première fois que je venais dans ce gym pas trop occuper le matin. J’ai été servie la fille a la réception qui est super gentille. Je recommande le gym ! :)

Negative experience: Beware when signing up at this gym. I stipulated several times that I wanted a membership that I can cancel at anytime… while opening my membership, I was reassured over and over that the gold membership was free of cancellation. I made sure to get the gold even though it was more than I wanted to pay just for that reason.When I decided to cancel … guess what… there was cancellation fees. Worst part is that you can’t even cancel on location… you must send an email to the manager….??? This manager “LORY” says it’s in the contract but you never get a copy … you sign on the spot at the gym…on a computer screen. And apparently it’s written at the bottom… but NOT ONCE DID THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER MENTION IT. Staff if uneducated on their own policies so please beware of this gym. You’re better off at Ecofitness -way cheaper.

Je m'entraîne avec Mary depuis des années. Ses programmes d'entraînement sont variés et me permettent de dépasser mes limites. Grâce à ses programmes d'entraînement, j'ai perdu une trentaine de livres et depuis, je maintien mon poids. Je recommande le gym fit forme !

Negative experience: Rien a dire sur l'établissement ou le staff je n'aime juste pas le fonctionnement au niveau monétaire. C'est trop compliqué et contraignant. J'imagine que ca doit être le même genre de fonctionnement dans les autres gym. Mais je n'aime pas ce genre de pratique.

Fantastic experience: I have a physical condition that severely restrains my abilities to exercise. I have been a member for many years but since I started working with Ariane, kinesiologist, I have made improvements in my strength and endurance. She continuously supervises my form and evaluates how I tolerate the exercise during and after the session.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! A lot of equipment and very clean. Nice atmosphere and really cool section to do cross fit/other types of training like pushing the sled, etc. Sauna is a nice bonus after a hard workout too! Would recommend to anyone who wants to train and get in shape to join up!!

Fantastic experience: I Was going to this gym prior to covid and just joined again as I was getting annoyed of training in my garage. Right away I noticed some new machine additions which was really nice. The facility is very clean compare to other gyms I have been to (Metgym, United Gym). It is a neighborhood gym so i wasnt expecting it to be huge, but its not small either. Ive had to wait for machines sometimes in every gym ive been to. I usually just ask the person if we can alternate (i do a set when they rest and vice versa). I have read some 1 star reviews because like everyone I am always curious about what people complain about. I must say that some please are really picky lol. It’s a gym! People will sweat, toilet paper will sometimes be on the bathroom floor and machines will sometimes break after have been used for so long. Staff wise, I was served by Lori had had a great experience. She was very friendly and explained to me what the options were. Honnestly, I give this gym 5 stars for the cleanliness, friendliness and quality on the equipement. Im not someone who does classes or uses a personal trainer so I can’t comment on that. I do wish it was a little bigger but lets get real, we’re in RDP, its a small neighborhood. Also many of the gyms ive been to that have huhe selection of machines are usualy very run down or have half broken machines. Keep up the good work FitForm and thanks for keeping RDP in shape

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym that gives result, this is the one. It got almost anything you'd want, massage chairs, a sauna. Private training is really effective, I have Julien as a personal trainer and it's quite fun and also helped me gain in strength. If you're asking if it's worth going there, go there it's worth it. Silver membership is by far the best one

Fantastic experience: J'aime beaucoup le gym fit forme rdp . J'apprécie beaucoup le coaching que j'ai pris avec Melissa. Elle est très professionnelle. Et s'adapte aux objectifs de son client. Je ne voulais pas me blesser alors j'ai pris une coach et je trouve Mélissa super compétente comme coach. Je vois déjà des résultats en moins de 2 mois.

Fantastic experience: J'aime bien le gym. Par contre, il est un peu petit, mais il faut juste trouver le bon moment pour y aller, afin de ne pas trop attendre après des appareils. Gros points positifs ils ont rajoutté de nouveaux appareils aussi donc c'est vraiment bien. Aussi, il y a l'option de prendre un entraineur privé. Je le conseil fortement spécialement Rodoawn. Il a su s'adapter à mon horaire et a accepté de faire nos entrainements privé à 5h ce qui m'a motivé. Je suis plus à l'aise de m'entrainer lorsque j'y vais seul, car je sais que je fais les mouvements de la bonne façon donc ça motive vraiment et fait une différence. Dans l'ensemble c'est vraiment un bon gym je le conseil! :)

Negative experience: Don’t bother signing up if you can’t go between 10AM to 4PM there’s no parking and the lot is a complete disaster, the inside is the same, too many members not enough spots or machines. Unsurprisingly they’ve left a reply indicating that “it’s January”, the contracts last a year so evidently they are aware they’ve signed on too many members and have no plan to remedy it beyond hoping their paying members stop going to the gym or leave after being unable to find suitable parking.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years, this is the first time I have joined one and I really think I chose the best one. Here not only are the employees friendly, but also the clientele and the atmosphere is fantastic. I have not had the opportunity to participate in the classes they offer but from what I have seen, the atmosphere is also incredible. If you want to live the experience of having a private trainer, I recommend Stefany. I have had the wonderful opportunity to have her be my coach and I have really enjoyed the experience. She always has the patience to explain each of my routines to me, she motivates me to improve and trust in my body's capabilities, when I have doubts she is always available, she really is the best. So if you are looking for the best gym you have found it.

Negative experience: Tellement déçu par l’attitude de Mme K. Ce soir à l’accueil. Elle n’étais pas capable de répondre à mes questions de 1 et de deux son attitude à été un manque de respect. Pas besoin de rouler les yeux lorsque on lui pose une question. Je crois fortement qu’elle n’est pas à la bonne place, manque de courtoisie, respect et savoir vivre. Le gym est impeccable, les cours ainsi que les entraîneurs sont supers, mais Mme K, Ceci laisse à désirer! Merci

Positive experience: The trainers are not qualified to train. Spend the extra and go to a qualified trainer who know what they’re doing and who give you a plan based on your body type and your fitness goals. Gym is clean and a lot of équipement.
