Fantastic experience: This gym is so welcoming and I feel so comfortable every time I enter. Sofia is an absolute gem. She’s encouraging and fun and an amazing human. These past 5 weeks have been amazing. I’m happier, I’m stronger and feeling great. Thank you to all the trainers Tim and Nada as well !

Negative experience: J'ai eu le déplaisir de venir voir Sofia. Parce que je lui ai dit que je voulais prendre le temps de la décision. Elle m'a demandé pourquoi j'avais besoin de temps. Je lui ai dit que comparer avec d'autres offres etait une des raisons pour laquelle je voulais decider plus tard tard. Et la elle me propose d'autre prix en me disant voici d'autres prix pour les gens qui peuvent pas s'offrir ces services. Continue a tout miser sur les injections, c'est a ca que ca mene... Extrêmement mal élevée et irrespectueuse. Je recommande pas du tout.

The workouts are intense but they get you results, and the community is super supportive. Sofia, the owner, is so personable and amazing! She creates your meal plans and exercise programs tailored to your goals. Thanks to all the trainers who somehow know when to challenge you and when to crack a joke right when you need it. Every class feels like a mix of sweat, strength, and just the right amount of suffering (the good kind!). Whether you're a beginner or a beast, you’ll leave feeling accomplished—and a little sore. Highly recommend!

Je vais de temps en temps visiter mon ami le coach de boxe au 2e, et toujours le même sourire de la part du staff. L'endroit est bien situé et est vraiment propre. Dommage de voir certains commentaires négatifs, car c'est vraiment un endroit chaleureux!

Personnellement, je suis avec le coach David depuis Nov 2023, passionné par ce qu'il fait et prend son temps avec chaque client. Je n'ai pas encore assisté à un entraînement avec un autre coach par contre ils ont tous l'air passionné par ce qu'il font. Sofia et l'entraîneur de boxe sont très souriant et accueillant. Je me sens bien chez Sofit. Belle place pour s'entraîner en privé, semi-privé et en groupe!! ✨

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular customer at Sofit for a few months now and I’ve got to say its been trully amazing. The trainers listen to your needs and adapt accordingly. They are attentive, caring put still push you to your limits. One of the things i love most is that they actually have really good food ready to serve as well as protein shakes and balls to consume after training. Fantastic experience: If you don’t HATE your trainer at the end of your workouts then they’re not pushing you to do your best and that means your working out in the wrong place! SoFit is the place that you will hate your trainer and my trainer Sofia will absolutely make you hate her! She makes you push yourself to the limit and pushes you to get the body you want! ❤️ Since I started (1 year ago) I have doubled the weights I lift, built muscles, pushed my self to limits I could have not imagined before and it was all thanks to my trainer that believed in me, when I didn’t see it!! ❤️

Negative experience: La propriétaire de Sofit manque de savoir vivre avec les clients d'à côté. Elle engueule les gens dehors devant les membres de leur famille. Le probleme de stationnement touche tt le monde et dérange tt le monde. Alors regler le probleme avec l'administration de votre voisin au lieu d'être impolie avec les gens qui ne font que deposer les kids le matin.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the ambiance. The owner Sofia, is very energetic & sweet. The gym itself is very nice as well, has everything you need... (missing a leg press though. But they do have other things that the typical gyms don’t have which makes up the leg press) There are several trainers. You should be able to find one that fits your own needs. And she also hosts yoga and boot camps. Overall, I highly recommend.
