Negative experience: They don’t let you keep your classes that you’ve paid for after you cancel your subscription. So you pay for a month and then if you don’t have time or want to go at a different time well guess what you can’t. They take your money and take away your classes.

Fantastic experience: New to CL and tried both Cloud9 and Fit co to see which I would want to pursue a membership with. The winner was Fit Co hands down. I was welcomed and included from the first class. There is a good variety of classes (although I’d love more hot yoga options so I can come daily). Cloud9 the first class I wasn’t even acknowledged or welcomed to the studio. I had no idea how to set up for class, felt like a friend group I just wasn’t included in. The second class was a lot better, different instructor. Was really hard to get in any classes with the unlimited pass as they were always full/waitlist or the class would just be cancelled due to low #s.

Fantastic experience: If you haven't been apart of the magic that happens in this studio, you need to get out of your comfort zone and join. This place is a safe haven for so many, mind, body and soul. You leave it all on the bike and the mat. There's nothing quite like it

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Wheel Fit Co. Cold Lake for almost ten months and it’s become part of my weekly routine. The instructors are all amazing and each class feels unique! The variety of different classes offered at Wheel Fit are great for anyone at any fitness level! They have sales and deals often and a variety of class passes to fit your workout schedule.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time there, a couple friends and I signed up for the 6am class. I'm not a morning person so I wasn't thrilled to be up early, but the class was very enjoyable and Heather was amazing! I'm definitely sore, but it was worth it and I (and my friends!!) will be going back Im already looking forward to the next 6am class that I've signed up for!! And that says a lot because I don't get up that early for anything!! Thanks for a great experience Heather!

Fantastic experience: Yes music is loud-you don't hear yourself or your neighbor panting. Sometimes you can't hear instructor-no excuse! Look at your fellow spinner and follow along Yes the first classes suck- stick with it it only gets better/easier each class! Don't be intimidated to walk through the door- truly a welcoming atmosphere. Amazing - do it today!!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Wheel Fit Co since it opened and I just can't stop! I seriously crave the workouts. The music is great and the choreography is super fun. There's different levels of challenge depending on which instructor you take on, but it's always a good time. Danika is a visionary. <3 Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been frequenting Wheel Fit Co since they opened. Instructors are great, playlists are fun and always changing, and the lemongrass towels (which you get at the end of class) are the BOMB. Thanks to Wheel Fit Co, spin has been the one exercise type that I’ve stuck with longer than a couple months. Highly recommend giving spin a try, and checking out Wheel Fit Co.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a big “fitness junkie” or anything even close. I especially dreaded cardio. I started following Wheelfitco. on Instagram long before I started attending classes and they made it look so fun to be part of the #quadsquad. I was intrigued. At 4 months post c-section, I attended my first class and fell in love. The instructors are motivating and uplifting. The community there is one that I am now proud to be apart of. The classes are intense but in the best way possible and I always leave feeling incredible. I look forward to every class I attend.. which is a lot.. cause I’m addicted.
