Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, friendly people! Booked via website the class/open gym and worked well.

Fantastic experience: My daughter encouraged me to join when I located to cold lake. Was apprehensive that I wouldn't be able to keep up. Started w an "isolate" class built around my ability n the rest is "herstory". The gym community is friendly n supportive; every movement is modifiable,; coaches well trained; the gym is clean as we each fulfill our responsibility of clean up when done. Be Legendary..become fit, become strong, you too can do this.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Thrive. I was a little apprehensive at first mainly worried about my fitness level. But no cause for concern I soon realized. Coaches are so helpful and movements can be modified. Everyone attending so friendly and newbies are treated so well. I encourage people to come and witness for themselves. You can always watch to see for yourself the first time. As my daughter says, “Movement is medicine”.
