Fantastic experience: Cozy little gym with all the needs for your standard gym rat. They have a cardio corner with bikes and a row machine. Bodybuilding equipment includes a few squat racks, a Smith machine, bench press station, preacher curls, a flye machine, leg extensions, leg curls, a dip station, and seated calf raises. They have all your needs for an adequate pump. The members are an eclectic bunch and very friendly. A great place for visitors to get a workout in as well as residents. The prices are fair and they have discounts if you prepay a set amount of visits.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rates are very affordable. Alan, the owner is a great coach and a great person. He wants to see you succeed and is very passionate. We highly recommend this gym if you are in the area of the Eastern Townships.
