Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of capturing a wedding at Club Atwater this past Saturday. I had been looking forward to finally visit it and it did not disappoint. From the warm wood details to the stunning windows and bright rooms, it gave me the perfect backdrop to explore my creativity. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic experience: We hosted our wedding welcome party at Club Atwater in Montreal, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue was stunning and created the ideal atmosphere for our 110 guests. The food was delicious, the open bar was a hit, and the entire evening flowed seamlessly thanks to the incredible team. A huge thank you to Khiaja, Erin, and Kurinchy—your coordination and attention to detail made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue for any special event!

Fantastic experience: Such a great place to workout and unwind. The atmosphere is very warm and relaxed, everyone is so nice and friendly! The bistro serves delicious meals and the outside patio is a hidden gem! Quiet, cozy and surrounded by greenery. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or lunch.

Fantastic experience: We had a beautiful and intimate wedding in May 2025 at Club Atwater. It's a great choice for a wedding in the city and we were really happy with it. The venue itself is so cool and makes for great photos (think grand wooden staircase, fireplace, quiet terrace in the back). The caterer that they associate with (Societe Traiteur) had excellent food. Their events coordinator team (Molly and Khiaja) were always very responsive and helpful with all of our questions

Fantastic experience: Very nice place with atmosphere from a Montreal that has vanished from the Main Street but it is evident in its decor,great bar.

Fantastic experience: I booked an afternoon luncheon for my ladies social club that was a HUGE success! Communications with the events coordination team was timely and organized. I was VERY impressed with the menu the chef created for our Mardi Gras themed event...it was perfect! Khiaja was our event coordinator on the day of our luncheon and she was fantastic! Everything was set up beautifully and she attended to our every need. The food was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the staff was fantastic! We will certainly host another event with Club Atwater!

Negative experience: I went there for a trial to play pickleball, but the parking is a big burden and very hard to find . the courts are not standard sized pb courts, no space around which can be dangerous , and the wood floor doesn’t give the right feeling of the game . I didn’t like it

Fantastic experience: There's something for everyone of all ages. Our sons enjoy the boxing classes (Stephane & Wassill are great!). Pickleball community is fabulous for all levels, including open play, king of the courts, and leagues. And can't say enough about the personal trainers and classes - top notch!

Fantastic experience: Such a gorgeous place! Change rooms are spacious with sauna and steam room. Squash courts are ok. We had dinner in the hall and everything was delicious.

Negative experience: Very hard to reach this club . 1- they don’t reply to emails. 2-Rarely answer the phone and when they do the service is very mediocre. 3-Impossible to reach through their instagram page as well. Please work on bettering your customer service

Positive experience: I initially experienced some miscommunication regarding pricing and the quality of massage therapy I received. At first, nothing was done to address the issue, which was frustrating. However, I was later contacted by the support team, and they took the time to resolve the situation. Their customer service was attentive and helpful, and I’m pleased with how everything was handled in the end. Overall, a good experience, and I appreciate the effort to make things right.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to be able to celebrate my husband's birthday, my birthday and that of our friend at Club Atwater and I have nothing but praise. I saw care and dedication in everything that was done, from decoration to the food served. In fact, everything is very delicious and tasty. Congratulations and thank you very much to chef Marielvi and sous chef Itzel.

Fantastic experience: Truly cannot recommend this venue enough! From the very beginning, the team at Club Atwater was extremely helpful, honest, friendly, and accommodating. They were open to any and all suggestions and requests, and provided support wherever possible. Their facilities are stunning, with impeccable service to match that our guests appreciated. Our wedding was as perfect as it was in large part due to the wonderful staff and stunning venue that makes up Club Atwater!

Fantastic experience: Best Racquet club in town. Squash, Badminton and pickleball. Facility has 5 Squash Single courts, and 2 Doubles. Other sports and activities include Boxing classes, HIIT, dancing Two floors for workout ️ areas and machines. Inside men lockers there’s a Sauna, and a steam rooms.

The club's historic charm, combined with its modern facilities, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere. The fitness equipment is always well-maintained, and the variety of classes keeps my workouts exciting and challenging. The staff is exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. I have to give special recognition to managers David and Benny, who are doing an amazing job. Their professionalism, approachability, and dedication to the members truly stand out. They go above and beyond to ensure the club runs smoothly, and their commitment makes a big difference in the overall experience. Club Atwater truly feels like a home away from home.

Fantastic experience: great gym great people great classes very clean

Fantastic experience: I finally found my place to play my favorite sport, Badminton. If you don’t want to join a club, just come on Sundays, pay reasonable prices for each time you play.

Positive experience: Super endroit pour le gym, le squash et autres activités de raquettes. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Le service est courtois. Le stationnement dans les environs est difficile par contre (raison du 4 étoiles). Faire attention au panneau de la ville.

Fantastic experience: Wowww!! Quelle expérience mémorable. En louant le Hanford Cocktail Lounge, je ne m'attendais pas à ce traitement royal. Toutes mes demandes ont été acceptées et exécutées sans problème. C'était au delà de mes attentes. Je l'avais loué pour mon 35e et chacun de mes invités m'ont écrit pour me dire à quel point ils ont adoré l'endroit ainsi que l'énergie de l'équipe du Club Atwater. Molly, notre responsable ainsi que notre personne contact, était avec nous toute la soirée et a fait un excellent job. Cette femme est gentille, à l'écoute et a une très belle énergie. Je recommande fortement l'endroit et j'ai l'intention de re-louer cette place ultérieurement.

Negative experience: I went there to play pickleball as gueat member on Easter Sunday. There were very few players, but the ones that were there would not include newcomers, which. seemed quite selfish to me. I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: We hosted our wedding here recently and was so perfect! The service and support from the staff was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Modern and spacious facilities! Close to McGill and Concordia. The staff at the club are always welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable (including squash, badminton, and pickleball pros!). The food at the bar and cafe are equally as amazing.

Fantastic experience: I didn't know where else to write it but Robin at the reception desk is such a delight!! She is very excellent at her job but also my favorite hello at 6:30am, I really appreciate how great she is. Also, boxing classes with Kadeem are excellent and I highly recommend trying this gym/ the boxing classes with Kadeem, I haven't tried everything at this gym yet but it has a lot to offer so I am excited to try more and more.

The facilities are excellent, organized, clean and offer a club atmosphere in the heart of the city. The menu is ever expanding and provided delicious meals! Love, love, love early morning work outs out and socializing with the staff and members.

Fantastic experience: As a member for over 15 years, I've seen the club evolve from being very conservative to a more modern, welcoming club. A new administration under Dawid's supervision brought the club to a new level while keeping its charm. While there are many clubs in the city, I can't think of another place where you can combine sports with socializing so well. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This place feels like home! Every time I walk in, I get a warm welcome from the staff. The food and coffee bar is fresh and always hits the spot. One look at the equipment and overall facilities...you know that management cares about you in a serious way by making sure you get what you deserve! Top- class!!!

Fantastic experience: I am super happy to have discovered this place. It has a great gym with friendly instructors. There are a lot of courts for pickle ball, squash or badminton. You can get a massage or sports therapy. Once I am done I can enjoy a coffee, a wonderful food menu with refreshing smoothies, the Bango is my favourite. They also have a bar for those to who like to unwind and watch some sports on the television or a comedy show you can eve host an event they have several rooms for hosting events. It really is a great mixture of social, networking and wellness…

Positive experience: Comme c'était payé par mon employeur, je ne peux parler du prix. Le service bilingue était impeccable et la nourriture excellente. Il y a un service de valet que je ne savais pas, donc je ne l'ai pas utilisé. Il s'est avéré difficile pour moi de trouver un stationnement, mais c'est le seul point négatif. Il y a de belles toilettes propres et un vestiaire. Et la décoration est splendide!

Fantastic experience: I'd rather shower here than at home. The decor is classy, the gym has everything you'd need, Edgar is nice. I still haven't received my Atwater Club app scan code so that the receptionist has to do it manually every time. I'm a bit apprehensive about leaving clothing in the locker room vestibule because you never know if someone might swipe it. I haven't tried playing badminton, squash, pickelball etc. so I can't really comment thereon.

Fantastic experience: Great Service, very welcoming staff . They have everything you can ask for in a club. I especially enjoyed my tea relaxing in the coffee shop and the amazing Massage ai received. Everything was spotless , relax and very comfortable. Thank you so much .
