Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. Attended this gym for two weeks. Tried the sauna which turned off after 5 minutes of use. The Sauna also looked like it was last cleaned pre Covid and covered in garbage. Most of the TVS in the cardio area did not work which made a routine run seem even longer. Very over priced for the condition of the facility. Would not recommend. Save your money and go to Fit 4 Less.

Fantastic experience: I’m visiting for a week and I’m glad I stopped by. The gym is very large, open, well lit, clean and the staff is very friendly. They all smiled and introduced themselves and shook my hand. I felt welcome and the best part is they have EXCELLENT EQUIPMENT and a SMOOTHIE BAR! check them out if u live here or nearby. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: A dream gym. Whoever runs this place is clearly A-type. everything is impeccably clean, equipment is all in its correct place. the little details are all carefully done. not crowded at all. a total pleasure to work out here

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great gym to work out in especially all the classes they got going on. Been going here consistently for 3 months and with the help of the trainers and other staff member they were able to push me to do more and get more fit. Lost 15 lbs and feel great. Love the dry sauna as it does work up a crazy sweat after a hard workout. And the showers are good too. Good strong water pressure. Shake bar is good too, they have a large selection of protein shakes to even a refuel and energize if you're feeling you need a wake me up.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Chatham by far, performance 360 has an amazing variety of attachments, some of the best plate loaded body building machines as well as 4 dumbbell racks!! so you’re never waiting for use. The atmosphere is exhilarating and you can’t beat the shake bar loading up your protein for the day!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to, great staff, overall atmosphere and they keep the gym very clean. Little to no wait for any machine, and the hydro massage got rid of my muscle soreness.

Fantastic experience: I did the seven for seven deal (seven days for seven dollars) at Performance 360 Health and Fitness Club. They have a sauna, which was a nice addition to the gym facilities

Negative experience: Was once a good gym, decided to take a huge section of the gym and close it off and charge for it. I used this section most frequently for the heavy bag and such, will be cancelling immediately.

Fantastic experience: This gym is AMAZING. By far the cleanest gym I’ve been to. There aren’t attachments everywhere or random things on the floor. Warren, the owner, is incredible. He is super courteous and even shows appreciation to his staff. We primarily dealt with Euan who is extremely approachable, kind, and has great customer service skills. Spacious and enough equipment to get a great workout for any body part. We would recommend this gym to anybody! Peanut butter shake was great. The options for shakes are numerous and very reasonably priced. Can’t say enough good things about this gym!

Negative experience: Unfortunately new ownership is running this place into the ground. I had an agreement to pay a large down payment for lower monthly rates. However they will not honour my agreement and want to raise my membership price to the full amount and will not give me my deposit back. Was told we could continue to use the gym until we heard back from the owners lawyer, until one day we came to workout and told we were no longer members with no notice or forewarning. Owners boast on the radio all their new state of the art equipment, however there is no new equipment or layout and everything is the same as years ago, which seems to typically be “temporarily out of service”. You will see the same signs on the same machines for months if not years. Regular issues with the sauna, the roof leaks and generally a huge disconnect between ownership and management. Would not recommend unless you’re looking to pay outrageous membership fees, for an average (at best) gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been back at the gym for the last 3 months consistently I have to say Jenn and Aaron and the whole team here at Performance 360 have been doing an incredible job not only making sure everything is clean and tidy and kept in great shape for the members but continually going above and beyond in being the kindest, most caring staff around. Fantastic experience: Performance 360 is amazing!!! you won’t find any other gym like it. Stretching from there variety of equipment to their knowledgeable and educated personal trainers it truly is one of a kind, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg the list goes on and on of exclusive membership perks at performance. More importantly however is the community. Speaking from my personal experience I have never felt more included in a gym, the staff is always very nice and helpful and will assure they meet your every need to the best of their ability’s.

(the staff was nice but the members were rude, it was almost as if me being a bodybuilder wasn't allowed.) Having moved recently from London. I was worried fit4less or gyms alike were my only choice.. it kind of put a damper on my motivation... not going to lie.. Coming from London and training at a gym that everyone referred to as "The Dungeon" and the motivation started in the parking lot.. that's a tough act to follow. But the moment I stepped into Performance 360, I knew instantly this was my gym. The staff was so nice and welcoming, asking me about my goals and truly caring about the dreams I wanted to reach. it's like a piece of "The Dungeon" Atmosphere came with me. And I loved that Instantly. Not only are the staff nice and welcoming, The members are as well! And they're all into fitness as much as I am so it's motivating just walking into the door! The weights go to 130lbs unlike others which stop at 75 and 100, and the dots of space and room as well as tons of cardio machines. You're never waiting and if you are it's not for very long I promise. The equipment is of great quality and they have machines that other gyms don't which are needed in maximizing hypertrophy. Their trainers are exceptional, I talk to one of their trainers who's phenomenal with Physio. His names Cheyenne, check him out if you need a quality trainer. I have had nothing but amazing experiences in my short time being there and I will continue to train there until life changes that for me. Fantastic experience: If you've been considering getting started on a work out routine, or are looking to change some things up, I would highly recommend meeting with the Staff at Performance 360! After participating in the complimentary in-depth consultation, I decided to commit to training 3x a week and could not be happier with the service. My trainer built a fun and challenging workout plan, with a huge variety of movements. He's always super informative and is flexible enough to fit my schedule as a mom and fulltime student.

Fantastic experience: I came into the gym blindly, injured, exhausted, depressed and embarrassed by my current body performance and appearance. I had a visit with Kristen who was absolutely incredible, she did my 360 scan and we went over my goals my struggles, worries and she assured me I’m not alone and their team was here for support. I was paired with Cheyenne who I feel was the perfect fit. Cheyenne is incredible. He listened to my concerns with my injury (shoulder bicep tenodesis repair and I was only about 2 months post op at the time). Cheyenne set me up with a plan incorporating personal training in combination with some rehab of my shoulder, including mobility and range of motion. Fast forward to only roughly 4 months later I have full range and mobility, and I can lift again. I truly feel if it weren’t for Cheyenne and his broad knowledge of strengthening and mobility I likely wouldn’t be where I’m at today. This team is absolutely phenomenal. I have never more comfortable in a gym while working on myself. The atmosphere here is great, everyone including the clients are all happy and helpful, it truly feels like a little family. I highly recommend every single staff member here. Everyone I’ve met has their own niche and their own strengths to add something additional to the team. Anyone who’s on a fitness journey whether it’s weight loss or just working on getting back into functional shape NEEDS to come here for an assessment and a plan! Highly recommend! Thank you all for everything you guys do.

Fantastic experience: I was somewhat apprehensive coming back the gym but am really grateful I did. Everyone here has gone over and above the call of duty. I came for physiotherapy due to a back injury and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive (and have even provided nutritional goals - Thanks Jenn) I'd recommend P360 to anyone at any fitness level. Top notch!

Fantastic experience: Overall my experience has been very positive. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Equipment is up to date and there is very little wait time due to the number of machines, weights etc available. The facility is clean and well maintained.

My first day I was given a complimentary body scan and workouts to help reach my goals in the gym. Performance also offers great classes designed by their knowledgeable staff to help you reach your personal body goals. I feel like performance offers an all around great service!

Positive experience: Very nice gym with top of the line brand new equipment and friendly staff. Where the gym falls short is it’s very expensive relative to other gyms in the area, over $120 a month + they require you to sign a one year contract. In addition the gym has really short weekend hours bring down the rating to 3 stars. For over $100 a month the gym should be 24/7.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible gym to be apart of! Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are a private and extremely clean facility. Their focus is quality, not quantity. They are higher in price than your corporate gym's(Fit4less and Planet fitness), but it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. SUPPORT LOCAL!

Fantastic experience: I basically gave up on the gym shortly after the time "GL" dropped to the value brand. I've been tagging along with my wife to Performance 360 and have have been truly enjoying the gym once again. It is extremely spacious and therefore never really feels too crowded. The equipment is top of the line and guess what; they have dumbbells > 75lbs! I've heard great things about it but finally experiencing this myself. Here's to hoping this is my inspiration to get back into shape again! :)
