Les sympathiques entraîneures s'assurent de maintenir notre motivation en nous invitant régulièrement à relever de nouveaux défis tout en s'assurant de corriger notre technique et ainsi prévenir les blessures potentielles. Le coin réservé aux enfants permet aux mamans comme moi de s'occuper de leur santé tout en permettant à leur(s) enfant(s) de s'amuser en toute sécurité. Je me nourris de la belle énergie féminine du 30 min hit de Châteauguay et je le recommande chaudement à toute femme.

Fantastic experience: J'aime beaucoup le concept d'entraînement que l'on retrouve au 30 Minute Hit. En tant que membre, je n'ai pas à me plier à un horaire de cours strict. Tout ce que j'ai à faire, dès mon arrivée, je m'inscris dans le système, je mets mes bandelettes, j'enfile mes gants et hop, je suis prête à commencer. Sur le circuit, les entraîneures nous encouragent, nous motive à aller au-delà de nos limites, à nous améliorer nos mouvements. J'apprécie également la camaraderie entre les membres qui s'entraînent à Châteauguay. Les encouragements des autres femmes lors des 15 dernières secondes sont cruciales; ça donne un 'boost' supplémentaire que j'apprécie à chaque fois. 30 Minute Hit est une expérience unique rehaussée d'un entraînement qui donne les résultats des efforts investis et d'une communauté de femmes qui se soutiennent. L'équipe est dynamique et des entraîneurs sont sur place à toutes vos scéances pour vous aider à vous motiver, vous aider à vous dépasser, à corriger vos gestes pour que vous vous entraîniez sans vous blesser. Des défis amusants vous sont proposés plusieurs fois par année, prix à la clé, pour vous aider à garder le focus. L'ambiance y est accueillante. On y apprend l'autodéfense. Exercices sur tout le corps qui favorisent la perte de poids et la musculation en finesse. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter!

Fantastic experience: J'ai fait mon essaie gratuit et j'ai adoré. Pas de fla fla, sans prétention, on s'y sent bien. Des femmes de toutes les âges, formes et couleurs. Les coach sont super sympathique que la proprio est charmante. 30 minutes pas de le temps de niaiser ou de t'ennuyer, espace pour petits enfants quand ta personnes pour les garder . Juste wow!

Le kickboxing est un sport fabuleux et j’ai de plus en plus de confiance lorsque je viens. Je me sens encore plus bon lorsque je l’ai fait un jour que je ne voulais pas. En plus c’est bilingue! The trainers are excellent. I had a friend invite me to go with her and now we plan our our workouts ever week and look forward to getting in shape, while learning the techniques.

Fantastic experience: It has been only 2 months since I joined this gym. I recently gave birth and coming here is what I call my ME TIME or if not alone, I love how I can bring one of my kid with me where they can play on their little corner while I do my thing. They also insist on coming with me sometimes hehe! I have to say it has been the most fun and enjoyable workout I’ve ever been! Everybody’s energy especially the trainers are there to push you and to motivate you, it’s such a friendly environment and we’re all working on ourselves. I highly recommend this HIT!

When scheduling prevents us from going for a few days, I miss it. I already feel more confident about my body, even though I know I have a while to go to get to my goal. I definitely recommend it!

Positive experience: Je trouve cela difficile la façon dont on doit procéder maintenant pour aller au Hit. Je trouve que le fait qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde est moins motivant. Mais l'endroit est parfait et les filles (entraîneures) sont super bonnes....comme avant.

Fantastic experience: J’ai attendu avant d’écrire cet avis car je ne voulais pas m’emballer trop vite mais...un an et demi et une pandémie plus tard je peux vous dire que cet endroit est génial. Chacune est accueillie avec chaleur et respectée dans ses habiletés et sa condition physique. Les propriétaires sont ultra sympathiques et les entraîneuses vraiment motivantes. On progresse à notre rythme et il y a toujours des nouvelles combinaisons à apprendre, ce n’est jamais ennuyant. Les mesures prises en ce temps de COVID sont parfaites et je m’y sens en sécurité. Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous to go back after the re open after Covid it took me a couple of weeks. I was so glad I took a chance and did. The procedures in place are perfect. I mean I feel safer here then I do having to go into a grocery store. The trainers are not only guiding you through your circuit but they are constantly wiping down the pads and making sure we are all following proper protocol. They rock! They know how to take care of us and look out for ALL of our well-being in more ways then one. Love to them all!! it’s no surprise really it’s how HIT gets done!!

Fantastic experience: I joined chateauguay hit a few months after loosing my dad to cancer in the hopes of changing my life and make some positive changes, i started by quitting smoking and almost right away started going to the gym. From the first day that I walked in and did the free trial I was completely hooked not only by the feelings I got from working out but by the amazing trainers and owners , they make you feel like you can accomplish anything and are always looking to help you and motivate you . This is by far the best decision I’ve made
