Fantastic experience: This is a great space, with great programming, and even better coaches! I was in PEI for a few months at the start of 2025, and I needed a place to train. Thankfully, a good friend of mine recommended Synergy. Nick, Ty, and the other coaches created a very welcoming space for individuals at all levels of fitness. I was able to train at various points throughout the day, and everyone was always very friendly while sharing the floor/space. The programming was top-notch; it had me doing some of the most unforgiving movements that highlighted many areas that needed work. While training in PEI, I was able to work on some weaknesses and set two PB's. I have since left PEI, but have continued following the programming on the app. The app has been a lifesaver while travelling. The programming is updated weekly, workouts are listed with explanations, videos for clarification, and you can log all your weights and times within each workout and track your progress week-to-week. Fantastic experience: Nick has been training our athletes for a few years. Everyone has taken their fitness to another level. He puts a plan in place, holds athletes accountable and operates in a safe and fun environment. Cannot recommend enough!
