Alpine Fitness & Sport Massage

Fantastic experience: They have a women's only area which I really like. And, they have an excellent seniors rate! The gym is perpetually cold, but that would benefit those who push harder than I do LOL.

Negative experience: Drop-in workouts inconvenient, apparently times are limited

Positive experience: Been coming for about a month, really like the facility so far. Great and friendly staff. No matter what time of day I go it's never crazy busy, so not a lot of waiting for machines or weights. They could use a few more free weights in the machine rooms as there is a lot of machine/weight ratio going on, but nothing too bad. Only thing that is funny is the temp sometimes, it seems the furnace comes blazing on at 7 whether it's cold or hot in the building, you just get a better sweat going I suppose lol. Overall great gym to be at.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and nice low key gym to work out at with all the equipment one needs. Wish the facility itself was upgraded as it’s a bit dingy…

Positive experience: Great gym, I like the simplicity and space inside. Alot of different spaces for working out, there's a women's only section, tv's in front of the treadmills, and a play area for children.

Fantastic experience: My husband got a massage from someone in training, and she was great! She listened to my husband's requests and tried very hard. Already booked an app for me.

Fantastic experience: Great 24 hr facility with tons of variety in equipment. Lots of space to workout, even during the busy hours of the gym. Lots of great fitness classes, and great staff. Overall Love the environment Alpine fitness has to offer.

Negative experience: Too cold in the facility to workout. They keep the facility at 12-15 degrees. We use to turn the heat up in the mornings until they locked the thermostat. The equipment is old, not cleaned, and there isn't a lot of room. Several of us switched gyms because of this.

Positive experience: Love it here but PLEASE fix your stepper in the new year!!!! PRETTY PLEASEEEE!

Fantastic experience: What a place to kick yourself into the new year

Positive experience: 24hr access, male and female change rooms with showers and lockers. A ladies workout area separate from the general area with a play area for kids. Tons of space for workouts and machines/weights for everyone. Always clean.

Negative experience: I love it

Positive experience: half the gym was closed down for some reason. Staffed hours are very limited.
