Fantastic experience: Was staying in brockville for 2 weeks, and I came here for most of my training. Great community and programming. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Negative experience: I can only describe the atmosphere in this place as : Destination for married people who want to openly look for affair opportunities. All this place is is a hangout For flirting run by inexperienced "trainers" that bought there "license" online

Fantastic experience: I've been going for 3 months and its an awesome atmosphere. The coaches provide lots of alternatives to different movements. Awesome VIBES during the WODS. Coaches are fantastic.
