Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic. The owners and all the other members are so helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for 5 weeks now, and while it is a small gym it doesn't limit me in what I'm able to do during my workout! I go to the gym at 6 am, and it isn't busy at that time (which is why I go during that time from past experiences at other gyms) and while I generally just want to focus on what I'm doing I did have a good conversation with Kim (one of the owners) today when I was there and she was very friendly and I would encourage anyone who wants to go to a gym with a great atmosphere to sign up here! They have classes every day of the week and Kim runs a few of them (I'll admit that I don't know all of the classes, but I've seen them starting when I finish up around 9am) highly recommend this gym! Update: I've now been going to this gym for over 13 weeks and can't say a bad thing about it! One of the best gyms I've been to and have recently changed my sub to yearly because I don't foresee stopping!

They offer classes of all kinds and the price is unbeatable. The owners are very kind and helpful. Clean, secure entry. Very fun and comfortable for women and men.
