Fantastic experience: Our whole family attends Alchemy CrossFit in Brantford, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our health and lifestyle. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone—beginners and experienced athletes alike—train safely and improve at their own pace. What really sets Alchemy apart is the atmosphere. It’s welcoming, motivating, and community-focused. Our son absolutely loves it, and it’s been amazing to have a place where we can all train together as a family. Workouts are well-structured, challenging, and easily adapted to any skill level. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love being part of the Alchemy fam! I went in with zero experience and was met by the friendliest, most knowledgeable coaches. They have helped me every step of the way and there are always alternate movements they will show you if needed. All the members have been so nice too! There are no egos in the building, everyone is treated as an equal no matter where they are in their fitness journey. An extra special touch happened recently when I had to take a few weeks off for a family emergency. I got a personal email from Alchemy (from coach Eryl) checking in and saying how excited they will be when I’m ready to return and asked if I needed anything. It really meant a lot to me, and I really appreciated how much Alchemy cares for its members ❤️ Love this place so much!

Fantastic experience: This is the best workout I have ever had ! The coaches are all amazing . They work with each person to make sure we are doing the exercise correctly . If you can’t do an exercise they always come up with something you can do ! I started this at age 50 and I am not giving up. I feel better every time I complete a class. I highly recommend this for anyone whether you are in good shape or not !

Fantastic experience: I friggin' loved this place! Very friendly vibe and awesome gym layout with lots of space. Even had nice lights strewn up. The decor is a gym but feels welcoming. Members were all chatty and friendly, as were staff. Helped guide the workout well and gave good feedback on movements. Didn't matter fitness level - there were options to do a fun workout

Fantastic experience: i have been attending Alchemy for almost 18 months now and have only good things to say about the experience. My wife Tracy has been with Alchemy since their arrival in Brantford and loves every moment she spends there. Both of our jobs have brought their share of stress to our lives , but Alchemy Fitness has been a fabulous outlet for us. We always leave the workout feeling much better. ( though possibly a little tired , that sense of rejuvenation arrives quickly ) Their team of coaches and trainers have always had the best interests of their clients ( or shall I call us families ? ) at heart and never fail to instruct , motivate and take care of us. Safety and form first. The improvements and results will come. While we may have felt intimidated the first day we entered the gym, that feeling was quickly replaced by an underlying sense of camaraderie, no matter the age of the participant. And with such a broad range of ages amongst the members ( my birth certificate says I'm 60 ), that is quite a testament to the feeling of inclusion one feels at Alchemy. Satchel Paige once said " if you didn't know how old you were, how old would you be ? That number on my birth certificate is just that ..a number. The whole crew at Alchemy , members and coaches , have successfully reminded us of that, and we are very appreciative. Highly recommended !

With a bright and clean space, friendly members, experienced coaches and methodical programming, Alchemy Fitness Brantford checked all the boxes and then some. Fantastic experience: I had little CrossFit experience when I first found Alchemy. The coaches were SO wonderful about breaking down the movements in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. As a result, my body has changed and my confidence has improved as a result of the (really fun) workouts. I also love the community we're forming here. Everyone is so friendly, and I genuinely look forward to coming in to work out and see everyone a few times per week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, even if you have no CrossFit experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been to 2 other Crossfit gyms and I didn't seem to get much out of it. I do like this one. They seem to put more into coaching and making sure your form is correct. I'm a fitness trainer myself, and I always look for that if I'm getting coached myself. Great group of people, I'm sure you'll get results and gain friends.
