Negative experience: Bad business here. The owners/staff date your spouses and don't seem to care.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym. Gets a little like a sardine can when it's busy though but it is what it is, my only criticism and it's barely one. Very clean, organized, friendly (staff and clientele) and safe. It's a gym and it's good at what it's supposed to be.

Fantastic experience: Toured all the gyms in Brandon but landed on this place. Price for a 1 year membership is extremely fair, hours are good, staff is friendly and helpful, clean facility with plenty of equipment. Glad to support and I hope one day they can extend the weekend hours a bit more, otherwise I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking for somewhere to start.

Positive experience: Lots of great equipment and a clean gym. Drop in prices are steep but you can get a freebie for your first time trying.

Fantastic experience: I don't know who the girl was working the front Thursday night (October 1/2020), but she is one of the best at her job that I have ever seen. I visted from Vancouver, BC, tired as all hell with a million dumb questions, and she had an answer for everything. Thank you so much. Anyone living or visiting in this city need to go to this gym. Thank you for making my trip that much better.

Fantastic experience: Clean, nice selection of equipment, friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Have been training at FPC since March 2018. One of the best decisions I have ever made! Met with Tyler Sanjenko (the owner of FPC) to discuss diet as through training for my job I put on 20lbs of unwanted weight and had reached plateaus with most lifts in the gym. Tyler put together a dietary plan for me and I agreed to start personal training sessions with him to learn some new exercises and approach to training. I only intended to do a few sessions at first but I was quickly hooked! 3 months later I lost 20lbs dropping from 18% body fat reaching as low as 8% becoming leaner and stronger in all my lifts (squats, bench press, deadlift). For any busy professionals out there - I found scheduling 1h personal training sessions a few times a week worked for me as I could block that time off from my busy schedule to ensure I was keeping fit and not putting it off. By having a trainer push you, you'll reach fitness goals you never thought possible. Have also trained with Danielle and Garry who are both excellent and extremely professional! They have some of the most advanced strength training equipment I've seen including Keiser fitness machines that I've only ever seen in Varsity gyms around Canada and you just don't find in your average/Corporate gyms. One of the biggest gripes with the gym in the past was that it was too dark (I never found it was an issue) but they've added numerous lights to brighten the place up and make it more inviting. Not to mention the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Positive experience: The equipments nice and the people are friendly, only thing i dont like is how its in a dark basement. Its pretty depressing when you cant look outside when working out

Fantastic experience: Nice secluded and private environment. Professional staff. Doesn't have that big corporate feel. Rather feels like a family owned mom and pop shop that actually knows the needs of their members. 1 year member - my only wush is that my iPhone would work there. No member Wifi and cell reception is sketchy/limited:inconsistent. I have had to resort to insuring I have songs downloaded prior to my workout because no cellular signal at this basement facility. Not at all a deal breaker for me as this is still the best maintained and clean Gym not to mention best run I have ever been a member of. Steve Spuzak . Thank you!
