Fantastic experience: I am a member of this club for more then 10 years, during the covid lockdown I left a club , then came back. I am so glad to be here . This is the best fitness group and facility in the world. This the 5 star everything from organisation , administration, management, high class people, also steam room I am enjoying a lot and it’s important for me.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. The gym is spotless and consistently well-maintained, creating a clean and comfortable space to train in. The overall atmosphere is just perfect — motivating without being overwhelming.

Negative experience: Hello, thank you for your response. I am not a member of your club, but did come to inquire about the gym. I didn't feel the conversation was very welcoming. I am not challenging the quality of the facility, however I did not feel the need to join after my inquiry. Just an honest opinion.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with how this gym handles members’ personal information. I recently discovered that my private account details were shared with another member—something they should have never had access to. This is a serious violation of privacy, and it raises major concerns about how securely they manage sensitive information. When I brought this up, the response was dismissive, and no real steps were taken to address the issue. If you value your privacy, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before signing up. Members should feel confident that their personal details are protected, not casually passed around. I will be taking further action to make sure others are aware of this. Edit to add a response to the owner: A friendly greeting is not the problem—the issue is that a staff member told my cousin the exact date of my last gym visit, information that he had no way of knowing otherwise. That is a clear violation of my privacy. If the gym does not respect personal information, what else is being shared without consent? This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this facility. I want others to be aware that their personal details may not be secure here.

Everything in the club is set up professionally, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the well-maintained equipment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. The staff and management go above and beyond to create a community where people can thrive, offering motivation, guidance, and genuine care. However, my biggest source of inspiration at the club has been my personal trainer, Mahdi. His deep knowledge of the human body, strength training, and nutrition has transformed my fitness journey. He doesn’t just design workouts; he tailors them specifically to your body, your goals, and your capabilities while ensuring that progress is both sustainable and enjoyable. Beyond training, Mahdi provided me with valuable dietary guidance, ensuring that my hard work in the gym was matched with the right nutrition. At nearly 128kg and in my late 50s, I was hesitant about starting this journey, but with Mahdi by my side, I lost 25kg in just six months! More importantly, I feel stronger, healthier, and happier than ever before—like I’m walking on air. His dedication, compassion, and love for his work are truly contagious, making every session something to look forward to. One thing that sets Mahdi apart is that his support extends beyond our scheduled training sessions. He is always watching, guiding, and encouraging, ensuring I stay on track even when I train alone. His motivation is unwavering, and his passion for helping others achieve their goals is evident in everything he does. At this point, Mahdi is the reason I go to the club every day—sometimes even twice a day! His impact on my journey is immeasurable, and I am incredibly grateful for his expertise, support, and friendship. For Mahdi With knowledge vast and heart so true, Mahdi guides me, sees me through. Strength and wisdom, hand in hand, He lifts me up—on solid land.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for the past year and a half, and I can confidently say that it’s one of the best and cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. What sets it apart is that it’s never too crowded, which means you don’t have to wait for equipment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a well-maintained and convenient fitness facility.

Negative experience: Wanted to cancel the membership. As I have about a week left before it ends and am moving. They did not let me and said I have to give them one months notice….. for what it’s the end of the term and I don’t want another month. They also force you to sign up for 3 months when you register They have predatory practices. Find a better gym

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for around four years and have only positive things to say about it. I’ve worked out at many other gyms before this one, but none come close in quality. The equipment is excellent and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to get to know your name, and the personal trainers here are very knowledgeable and have extensive experience with fitness and weight training. The management is also excellent and flexible. I’ve got 10 + people that I know to join this gym, and they are obsessed. The people I know who joined this gym were at other gyms prior but had trouble being consistent due to issues with crowding and an unwelcoming atmosphere. However, since joining the Aurora Athletic Club, they have been consistently working out and love coming to work out. If you want a good gym, this is it.

Fantastic experience: I have been at the aurora athletic club for a long time it's my favorite gym to be at all. The personal trainers are great and friendly. I would say I feel more cunfertabel being at this gym. I did not like my experience at la Fitness 100 percent of Thums up

My trainer, Medhi, is a true professional and has put together a fitness routine that perfectly matches my longterm goals. I can't say enough good things abt him as he has restored my faith in trainers in general!!

Fantastic experience: "I joined the gym a few months ago and had the privilege of meeting the manager, Mike. I was fortunate to be introduced and start training with a fantastic trainer named Mehdi. I initially signed up for 12 sessions but ended up doing 20 because of the incredible progress I made. Mehdi has helped me tremendously, and I’ve never felt so good about my body. Unfortunately, I’m leaving for business, but I can’t wait to return. It’s been a great experience. Thank you!"

It may be a bit overpriced compared to other places for me, but if that's not an issue for you, this gym is definitely worth every penny. It's clean, has great equipment, and the staff is very professional. From the front desk to the trainers and managers, everyone is friendly, experienced, and helpful. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of AAC since before this management team took it over a few years ago. They’re one of the few clubs that stuck with their customers through COVID and beyond. The facility is clean and has everything my family and I need in a club. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and the management makes it feel like a family environment. You don’t get this at LA or Lifetime.

Positive experience: It is very busy in the evenings, but overall it is good

Negative experience: The club is not clean, no one cleans the toilets. The equipment is old and mostly not fully functional. The problems of the club have been shared with the management many times, but nothing has changed.
