Fantastic experience: Was looking for some personal training sessions and LOVED IT! The vibes in this gym are great. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend anyone that’s looking for personal training to come try this place out.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a great experience from start to finish. I normally see Lora the owner, when I come in in the afternoons. She always warmly welcomes by name with a smile. We have a little chat, then off to the bathrooms that are always clean. The equipment diversity is great and there are so many, you don't have to wait to get started. Other members are nice too, you don't feel intimidated. On the way out there is always a friendly goodbye. I highly recommend this place for all your fitness needs (they have great classes, personal trainers if you need, and physio on site!)

Fantastic experience: I had the best workout. I flew in from Charlotte and this gym stood out. I worked out for an hour an 30 mins. A member of the gym volunteered to take a video for me. Also Mrs. Lauren made the best banana chocolate peanut butter shake, every time I’m in the area I’m in the building. Best birthday workout ever.

Negative experience: Good Equipment, Very Professional Personal Training. Bad customer service, very unprofessional approach , rude communication from other stuff members and reception. And adding to my review I came 29 minutes exact before the personal training session. As expected I wanted to do 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Not 50 - So stop lying. I did pay for each session and never expected to be an issue to use the treadmill for 30 minutes as was highly encouraged by the trainer by the way. I do not expect anything from anyone for free and that was not my intention. After being talked down like that not only I would never buy the membership here but I will also cancel my personal training session so that I don’t have to deal with nonsense with unprofessional stuff members. Treating people nice and talking politely is basic core of running customer oriented business.

Friendly, supportive, and extremely welcoming culture at the gym. They have everything you will ever need for Gainz, and the best part is you dont have to walk half way across the plant to get from a squat rack to a bench.

Fantastic experience: First off, I have to put emphasis on how impressed I am with this facility! The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and welcoming. You do NOT get this vibe in every gym. Having been in the gym environment my entire life, I can honestly say this one of the top places you want have a workout in. The equipment is state of the art, very well maintained and greased properly. Everything is new and very clean and they are doing an amazing job adhering to the new COVID-19 protocols, there are sanitizing stations throughout the facility and equipment is getting wiped down frequently by staff. This is an ideal place for athletes to improve their performance regardless of which sport you participate/perform in. Great for functional training, bodybuilding, fixing imbalances, improving weaknesses etc. I believe classes will resume as well at some point and they have a super cute separate cardio studio. Highly recommend checking out Pure Fx for all your fitness/training goals

Fantastic experience: I was able to complete two strength training sessions at this privately owned gym while visiting Vaughan. Owners and members here are very welcoming and friendly. There is an excellent selection of free weights and strength training equipment, plus a good cardio area. It's a bit away from the major commercial area, a true hidden gem. If I lived here, this would be the gym to join!

I have been coming to this gym for years. The trainers are amazing and have helped me reached my goals.

The classes are designed to be a bit smaller than traditional classes to ensure that the instructors are engaging with the members and vice-versa. The prices are very affordable for what you're getting. Highly recommend.
