Fantastic experience: I love this place, the workouts are intense and Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. She is always smiling and gives you nothing but good vibes and pushes you to push yourself! Spin and sculpt is a great blend of weights and movement followed by a punishing 25 mins of spin. The gym is small which is great for me!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym!! Chelsey is amazing and the classes are hard but accessible to all. The gym is stunning and in an amazing location (both the main studio and the mat house). Could not recommend more!!

Fantastic experience: Studio 3 is a absolutely wonderful! Great classes, amazing instructors, positive community! Classes are easy to book using the Mind and Body ap. Great space, bright space! I have learned so much and have gained a ton of confidence!

Fantastic experience: This is the best possible place to get your body moving!! No matter your age or fitness level. I was once in a class with people from every generation from 20 to 70 and everyone was having a great workout. No judgement, and you work to your own limits. I’ve had horrible knees my whole life and after working out at Studio 3 for the past winter I have no more pain. Chelsey is exceptionally knowledgeable about the body and how it can and should move, and how to adjust to different body’s needs. I also get pain in my hands and arms so sometimes the 5lb weights are difficult for me to use, so Chelsey went out and got little 3lb weights no excuses! Seriously I could go on and on about how great it is.

I participate in a variety of classes as well as personal training at Studio 3 and enjoy the unique experience of each class. Fantastic experience: Not enough stars for Chelsey and Studio3. This is my 2nd summer and honestly I can't get up here from Toronto fast enough! The new studio is amazingly bright and airy, and for the most part always filled with sunshine and happy smiles everywhere. My ass gets kicked every time I'm there and quite frankly I'm enjoying that. Chesley, from day one, makes me feel comfortable and encourages me and all those that participate, to be the best we can be. Her upbeat energy and joie de vivre is amazing! Now i just need to clone her for when I/m back in Toronto! This is by far the BEST SWEAT SHOP EVER!

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few studio’s and classes and I never enjoyed them as much as I do with Chelsey at Studio 3. I enjoy running and typically run daily but I can never stay motivated to stay with a work out class . I am loving it here and typically try to make it to one class a week. The atmosphere and people are all great and it is a safe and friendly environment to challenge yourself in. Thank you Chelsey for being amazing!

The studio is bright, modern and tucked into the woods which makes for great views as you work your butt off!
