Fantastic experience: Lee Villeneuve, the owner and head coach makes you feel right at home and sets a really cool vibe. The Level is really high and the guys are really nice. Lee is a Stunt Performer so his gym is kind of a one stop shop for everything you need. There’s a spring floor for gymnastics, stunts and wrestling, a weight room, Squat rack, MMA Cage, Kickboxing classes, heavy bags, cool graffitis on the walls that makes the place look bad ass, 2 showers, 2 washrooms, the gym is always clean and lots of scheduled BJJ classes 7 days a week at 8am 12pm 6pm and on the weekends. I’ve found my home gym for all I need!
