Positive experience: Wicked workout a little hot tho

Negative experience: I’ve been working out at this gym for 2-3 years now and I’ve watched the gym decline slowly over this year to being bad to horrible, before I say anything this is not me shitting on This gym I’m reviewing this so it can get better, This is no Ac it hot as anything in there it’s impossible to workout in the summer till November, I thought they were going to get ac but it’s been open for 5 years and still nothing, 2nd thing is that I stayed later after my workout to clean up the gym because it’s a mess all day there is weights on the ground people leave plates on the machines and water bottles and equipments are all on the ground and it like this everyday, 3rd thing is that the gym has 30 odd holes in the wall I know some of them got patched but it’s been 2 years and the trimming is cracked off in every corner, there is snot above the urinal and the boys locker room stinks like piss, last thing is that there is no powerlifting platform so you sink into the ground, we have some of the strongest people in Newfoundland and they can bench or squat or deadlift heavy and I’ve heard this from multiple people, and half the machines are either rusted or torn

Negative experience: The gym has potential, but it feels a bit pricey for what you get. There’s no AC, so it gets pretty warm, and the walls could use some finishing work — the trimming and patching look incomplete. Some dumbbells feel off from their listed weights, and a few machines have worn or torn seats. It’s still a decent place to get a workout in, but compared to the Harbor Grace gym that’s ones best kind I prefer that gym even tho I this ones closer

Fantastic experience: Loving the gym except for the one flickering light on the ceiling

Fantastic experience: Went here for the first time today while travelling! And wow! Great gym staff was really nice and they have a great selection of equipment! Really surprised me! 10/10!
