Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at this gym for several months and it’s exceeded my expectations. All of the employees are really great. Riley is my personal trainer and she’s amazing . Plus, Faith is such a knowledgeable and sweet person and her work out classes are awesome. I’m new to the city of Leamington and I’m just super happy I found this gym, I highly recommend it !

Negative experience: Can't pause membership more than 3 months and they charged me a 50$ cancellation fee even though I had my membership more than 1 year. Just wondering if someone would mind picking up the phone so we could talk about this? Thanks

Fantastic experience: Great gym all around. Student membership pricing is very reasonable offers good flexibility. I fractured my elbow faith the owner allowed me to pause my membership free of charge. I mostly do open gym but have done classes and enjoy both, Faith and Liz have some good exercises and Impact offers a variety of classes always expanding. BodySTEP was a fun one. Open gym has all the equipment you would need in their main room plus they have a room for speciality training and offer personal training which my grandma enjoys. Friendly staff and members it is a good community. Impact also offers a 1 week trial. if you’re on the fence I would give it a try you’ll probably end up really liking it like i did!

Fantastic experience: Been here due to a cousin recommendation. This gym is huge and has a mixture of modern and traditional workout machines. They have a nice sauna in the Mens room and the staff are super helpful and kind. Even the people that workout here are all pretty nice and attractive. I wish I could bring this gym back home lol!

Fantastic experience: Impact is a great space with a tonne of variety to meet your workout expectations. Whether you’re just beginning, into Power Lifting, HIIT/ CrossFit, or Sport-Specific training programs, you can achieve it all at Impact. Great staff who are super friendly as well. Highly recommend !

Positive experience: A wonderful facility! I'm in the area only a few times a year but I always make it a point to get my workouts in at Impact Health and Fitness. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean. They have everything you could ask for and more in the way if fitness equipment. Modern machines to old school iron weights. Treadmills to CrossFit, this place has you covered.

Negative experience: I just received the most awful customer service, if you can call it that, from this place. When I wanted to know if they were open and if there was a certain protocol he couldn't be bothered to answer my questions told me to just show up and simply hung up on me. I tried to call back but he wouldn't pick up the phone.

Fantastic experience: I just purchased a year membership to Impact and I couldn't happier. I've worked out at number of gyms in my life and this gym ranks right at the top. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The friendly staff is making sure all Covid 19 restrictions and regulations are met. I definitely would recommend this gym to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

Largest gym in leamington, with a women's room and saunas. Friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgable about everything in regards to nutrition, and proper workouts. Fantastic experience: I've been at this gym for about 3.5 years and I love it. The staff is very welcoming, friendly members aswell! The gym consists of changing rooms, 2 very large workout rooms! And also a 3rd room for women only. This gym has something for everyone right in the center of leamington! Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I joined Impact almost one year ago at the “old” location and have since moved along with Faith and the trainers to the new facility. From the beginning I have always felt so comfortable and the staff are so kind and encouraging. I love the group fitness classes. It’s like personal training but with a group of people. The classes are challenging and fun. I have become addicted to working out and i love it! The Impact Family is amazing!!! Faith has made so many Much needed improvements to the new facility. I would highly recommend Impact to anyone!

Positive experience: Decent size facility with a wide range of equipment. Nice sauna, large changing/shower area. Customer service is a bit slow, if you need help you may have to hunt someone down who is training somebody, no full time receptionists. If you read every word on the contract carefuly for yourself(don't let them "explain" it to you) and you wear flip flops or sandals in the showers you should be fine until you want to cancel your membership. Some time and patience may be needed for that part.

Positive experience: All the amenities required for a gym is available. Staff are polite and friendly.

Positive experience: Its ok, but very overpriced. I had a membership there for more than a year, and also took a fitness training course for 3 months. The trainer was great and experienced, however they don't maintain the equipment. Several of the machines were out of order the entire time I had my membership and never got fixed; others worked, but the electronic screens were out of service, etc. For the extremely high membership fees, I would think they could afford to spend a little more on quality and maintenance of the place.

Positive experience: Completo.

Negative experience: Lacks new equipment and trys to cover everything kinda half assed. Examples; cross fit, ropes, tires, punching bag. Just unnecessary and missing equipment. Costly for how small it is.

Negative experience: If i can give zero i would do it. Their contract is really unfair. They renew the contract without any consent from the member. Even though they know that the member didn’t even use what they are paying for and actually just waited for the 1 yr contract to be over. The point: they need a signature to end the monthly payment after the contract is over while they renew the contract without a signature. What a crappy rule is that.

Fantastic experience: I come here a week or so per year and have done so both when it was World Gym and now as Leamington Fitness. The equipment inside is basically all from the World Gym days except the addition of more crossfit type things in the back room. Dumbbells go to 150 lbs which is better than most national chains and there is plenty of free weight equipment. I've never had any issue with finding free equipment or it being too busy and the price for a week pass is reasonable. Much better than working out at the Sherk.
