Fantastic experience: Love using the steam room & sauna room!! The gym area is quite large, very impressed!! Separate area for the fitness classes which are included in your membership. They have squash courts. I do believe I saw a tanning bed sign but not sure if it's still up to date!!

Positive experience: The spa is an institution in PEI... Showed up today to play squash with no towels...feels like coming to a restaurant without plates. I would have been happy to pay $2 more for more day pass for towels....feels cheap.

Fantastic experience: I lived in that area for three years and I was a member there and I definitely recommend it to everyone because it is the most wonderful staff, very clean environment and you can find every equipment you need there. Positive experience: Great first impression on this place with staff. The prices are rather high but it does offer a lot of things to do in the fitness center. The equipment is older but does the job when comes to lifting weights. Has a cardio section plus a small running/walking track in the weight room,which is pretty cool. It's located in the basement of the mall and a small sign overhead before you walk down the stairs, its before the food court. Easy find. Enjoy your training sesh.

Fantastic experience: The spa’s facilities are great, staff is friendly and everyone is very welcoming. I started training there with a personal trainer which I feel really enhanced my experience. CJ made my workouts challenging but never pushed me past my limit. He is a very positive and encouraging person to have next to you in the gym and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is nervous about starting the gym or just needs some extra help!

Fantastic experience: The facilities are great, but the reason I'm writing this review is because of my recent experience working with a personal trainer at the Spa. About a month ago I hired the Spa's personal trainer CJ and I could not say enough good things about the experience. I've never worked with a personal trainer before, but I thought it was time to try it out. The rates were reasonable, I was always pushed, but never to the point that I was too uncomfortable, I learned a lot, and even in a month I saw a really surprising amount of progress. If you've ever considered working with a trainer, you should go for it. Ask for CJ.

Positive experience: All the weight training and cardio machines you could want plus a pool, sauna and new steam room!

Negative experience: Getting rid of the pool in September, very sad, be aware of this before starting a new membership as you'll be locked in for the year.

Fantastic experience: Good sized gym with lots of equipment, I spent most of my first day learning what each machine does. It’s never been overly crowded and it’s great to get to cool down in the pool after a workout and then warm back up in the sauna.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! Many services included in an affordable membership. I'm on my third year and I wouldn't consider switching gyms. And, they handled covid like champs! 10/10 would workout here again!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, warm staff, excellent variety of gym equipment, huge indoor track.....this gum has everything you could possibly need and more to achieve your fitness goals, no matter what level you're at. So glad I didn't go with Goodlife (such rude staff). Spa total Fitness is the best!!

Fantastic experience: I've had a membership here for years. They have a pool, track, courts, and a good selection of cardio equipment and weights. Staff are always friendly. Some of this might be a matter of personal preference, but I can't think of much in the way of negatives.
