Fantastic experience: Great gym, I was just in town for a week and this place was just perfect. The owners, Sarah and Terry, were both friendly and helpful, the equipment is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of cardio machines. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: NRG 4 Life Fitness members and staff hold themselves to a high standard of professionalism at the gym. There are various sanitary measures in place to ensure that the equipment is being kept clean.
Fantastic experience: Sarah and Terri are absolutely amazing!!! I have not had the opportunity to meet the other staff members but I am sure that they would be as delightful and helpful as they are. Sarah has been very accommodating to the bootcampers' ailments (bad knees, dizziness etc). I highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: Rented a bike from here, they were friendly and very helpful! If I was closer to their gym I would definitely look into being a member her! The owner Terry is very nice and friendly and willing to help!
