Fantastic experience: Great place ! Friendly people and a positive environment .

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for 2 morning classes while visiting from out of province. Coaches are knowledgeable, gym is organized and clean, and the other members were by far the most welcoming group of people ever. They made it feel like I belonged there, like it was my home box.

Fantastic experience: Coach Crip (Heather) and her team of trainers have given me new strength and fitness. This is not a walk in the park and the personal training that you receive will take you to a level that you would not experience at a regular gym. I highly recommend CrossFit 403 to anyone who wants to look and feel great. Thanks CrossFit 403

Fantastic experience: I finally decided to try out Crossfit 403 two months ago and I have been hooked ever since. Heather and the other coaches have encouraged a welcoming atmosphere geared towards improving the fitness of all who are willing to give it a try. The facilities are fantastic and the atmosphere is motivating and its easy to find a session to join anytime of day. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get value for their membership and feel better in the skin they're in.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable community. You don't just work out, the coaches TEACH you so you're safe, everyone helps each other. You make friends and family, just a great atmosphere.

Everyone I know that goes there absolutely loves it, rants and raves about how great it is and how it has changed their lives. Our son attended some Teen Classes for a while at Crossfit 403 and he very much enjoyed them. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to be part of a community, make friends and work out as well.

Positive experience: Very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I received a tour, guidance and was even invited to join a class and try it out. The other customers are also welcoming and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and the people are so friendly. Not sure if I'd call the workouts "fun," (hahaha!) but they are challenging and different everyday, which I love. The people make it fun though, and there is a sense of accomplishment at the end that can't be beat!

Fantastic experience: I have been CrossFitting for many years and have the opportunity to go to many affiliates. CrossFit 403 is amazing. There coaching is great and accommodating for any fitness and/or experience level. They have a great community who has been very welcoming since I have moved. If you have ever though of giving it a try this is the place to go. All the negative stories about CrossFit you hear are simply not true. CrossFit is not dangerous, poor coaching is dangerous. The coaches at 403 will get you on the right track, show you how to move safely and help you reach any fitness goals you may have!

Negative experience: So far, I send emails, so I can have more info in membership, but weeks past not even a phone call, email ......nothing. humm, i will visit because is close to me......hope to change my mind.

If you need people to help you reach any type of physical goal, they will get you there. You'll be shocked at how friendly, happy and motivated they are. When it's time for you to get fit, have fun, lean down, get strong or feel younger and more energized, don't look any further. It always feels like they have your back.
