Fantastic experience: My experience attending Forest City Fitness gym has been quite positive overall. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a friendly staff that's always ready to assist. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines and free weights, making it easy to follow a diverse workout regimen. One of the standout features of Forest City Fitness is the cleanliness of the facility. The equipment is regularly maintained, and the locker rooms are kept tidy, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. The classes offered are also a great addition; I've enjoyed trying different sessions, from yoga to high-intensity interval training, which keeps my workouts engaging. Additionally, the community aspect of the gym is notable. I've met several like-minded individuals who motivate each other during workouts, creating a supportive environment. Overall, Forest City Fitness has become a key part of my fitness journey, and I look forward to continuing my routine there.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic tour/consult with Daniel who was so kind, knowledgeable and had such a great manner with my 13 yr old son. He had such a positive energy about him and made Charlie feel right at home and comfortable to ask any and all questions. We would highly recommend this gym, not only for the amazing staff but also for the cleanliness and organization of the gym itself as well as the overall good vibe immediately upon entering. 10/10

Fantastic experience: This was a local gym to me while I visited Canada. Got a paid in full membership for a month. Amazing value. 24/7 access, plenty of strength equipment and cardio machines. Two large rooms for private training and classes. They make very good use of their space. Lots of washrooms and showers. Never had to wait for one. The gym is very very clean. Lastly, the owners and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Everyone is friendly, you see the same faces each day and get to know the other members. I can’t wait to visit Canada again and come back to FCF!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Forest City everyday for a good part of 2024 and absolutely love it. The equipment is extremely well maintained and facilities always clean. The staff are excellent and really support a positive community. Once my membership had expired and I was in a pinch to get a workout in they happily invited me back for the day. This gym was a crucial aspect in my success in post secondary sports, Love it!

Fantastic experience: I have loved coming to the gym on my lunches, been a member since March. I like the atmosphere, it's very welcoming and the gym is also extremely clean. I also have the best trainer, Mary Lou!!

Fantastic experience: Forest City Fitness gym is always friendly and welcoming when you walk in. The gym is small, quaint and quiet. Plenty of equipment and sanitation supplies provided for wiping equipment down. Reasonably priced as well. Open 24/7, very convenient when you get off work at 3am and want to workout, BONUS of 24/7 hrs you tend to have gym to yourself.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. Their layout is great and they have everything you could ask for. The staff is friendly and the members make you feel welcome without judgment. I have been a member for over a year and have to leave because I am moving. I truly wish they opened a location where I live now. I would join in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Quite a peaceful environment (truly open 24/7). All of the staff and most of the members are extremely enthusiastic and helpful. There is no judgment here; in fact, you will feel encouraged in a kind way.

Fantastic experience: I always love coming to FCF! It is a bright and positive facility with loads of equipment, machines, TVs, and a smoothie bar. I especially like that they have private change rooms, with private showers! Feels like a home away from home. I really enjoy the keyfob access too, can come any time! It’s never too terribly busy and there’s loads of parking too. Lots of membership perks, giveaways, and friendly contests.

Fantastic experience: Mary Lou's makes her TRX classes fun and challenging. She's a 10! I have been going to Forest City Fitness for close to 3 years. All the employees are professional and caring. They really want the best for their clients in helping them to achieve their goals while considering their limitations.

Positive experience: Weights have been all over the place in the early am. Alexa doesn't connect anymore however paid the extra gym fee for it.

Negative experience: Took a peek at Forest City Fitness this week. The only pluses were parking was easy as the lot is relatively large for a plaza and the gym was not busy. The gym is on the upper floor. I was taken through the facility for a "tour". The person there was pleasant enough. (No complaints there). When coming up the stairs there are machines to right. It's a bit cramped. The club has a workout routine but it would suit beginners more than someone like myself. There's a little more open space on the left side of the stairs and some free weights. A juice bar is present at the top of the stairs slightly to the right. Overall a very small gym. Tiny lockers don't help but they don't have the space for bigger lockers. Very cramped shower area as well. For the price, IMHO, it is not worth the money. I didn't see any TV's around the aerobics equipment. (Not a dealbreaker for me but I thought it was unusual especially for the monthly price). A member, I presume, was at the front desk with a disagreement about her fees. It got pretty animated. Another minus. I didn't want to waste any of their time or mine, so let them know I would continue my search elsewhere. As a gym I would rate Forest City Fitness a 3 at best. For value I would give it a 1 out of 5. Hence my 2 rating. YMMV

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Staff is great and it is kept so nice a clean. Never too busy and has great equipment that is always maintained. They also have a nice smoothie bar and sell supplements at a great price.

Fantastic experience: I love love love it here. This is my GYM. They reply to you in a timely manner when you email them. Always clean, 24hours access with your keyfab. Will have been the ABSOLUTE bestest GYM in Ontario if we had the hip extension and squat machine( not smith) which is essential for growing , I and my friends will never have to go anywhere else everrr. But besides that, this GYM is really really amazing. The staffs are awesome and members are really respectful of eachother too. It feels more private than the other big GYMs which I like very much. You will like it here too, try it!

All the staff and management are amazing and friendly, I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a fitness environment like I have while at FCF. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Exceptional and affordable. I have been going to this gym for only a short period of time and it is nothing but the best. I would recommend this gym to anyone who likes the small gym feeling, enjoys taking classes, or is thinking about having a personal trainer. It is a wonderful gym with great staff and even a protein/smoothie bar which I yet have to try.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough great things about this amazing gym. 24/7 fitness where the facility is incredibly clean and the machines are brand new and well maintained. There are a wide variety of classes available which are mostly included in your fees. The staff are incredibly friendly and get to know all the members and their goals. Did I mention the delicious smoothie bar!? I am so happy I made the switch to Forest City Fitness 2 years ago!

Fantastic experience: What a hidden gem! Tucked away and located on the second floor is a gym that has the softest sell I’ve ever encountered. What a great bunch of people - owner/manager actually there to listen rather than push a membership - Nice change of pace. Great membership options for adults students and youth (and our family has one of each). Absolutely spotless, and open 24/7 for those night owls. Equipment is tech savvy which can keep track of miles walked and weight/reps. Looking for a friendly smaller gym with all the perks of a larger gym, this is it. Look no further. Even has smoothie bar

Fantastic experience: Great instructors. They keep an eye on you to correct wrong positions and explain why. FCF also have very good programs and classes to follow, in a family-kind set up. Neat and clean, amazing.

Negative experience: It's not the fun, dynamic little gym that it once was. Most of the group training programs that they offered never came back into play after covid. The atmosphere completely changed. There really isn't anything that sets them apart from any other small gym in London.

Fantastic experience: There are a number of good gyms and trainers in the city. But what sets you apart is; always accessible, never have to wait to use equipment, lots of plants and natural light (this is unique), the private bathrooms and showers, calm and friendly atmosphere, real sense of community.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there is so friendly, and always seem to go above and beyond what I think their actual job role would be. I like how they know me by name, say hello when I get there, but then let me go about my workout. I always know if I have any questions someone there will be able to answer them. The gym is always immaculate, and has all the equipment I need for a fantastic workout. The classes offered are always fun and the juice bar is always stocked with the latest and most appealing shakes, bars & chips! (umm....can I just say those protein chips are soooo YUMMY!)

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym at the end of October and so far I'm very happy. The equipment is all brand new and up to date. The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean, the cleanest I've seen for a gym and I've gone to 4 of the largest known gyms in Ontario and none have been as clean and maintained! The gym is small, but perfect for those like me that don't like crowded gyms and waiting to use equipment. The gym has several personal trainers and classes for all fitness levels. You can gain 24 hour access with your access tag.The prices average compared to other gyms, the only difference is they have a enhancement fee twice a year on top of the monthly fee but you get a say in what kind of equipment you want to see in the gym. They allow you to cancel at any time with a set fee rather then paying out every month remaining on the membership which I find very flexible because some gyms require the full year paid if you cancel. Although they don't have a pool area you can gain access to the Berkshire Club next door as a member with the gym. Over all I highly recommend trying this club out, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Love it! Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Many classes to sign up for and even a youth workout! I tend to go for youth workout classes so my daughter and I can workout at the same time!

Fantastic experience: This gym has an atmosphere unlike most other places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They not only greet you by name, but they get to know you and encourage you on your journey towards your fitness goals. The space is kept very clean and fresh. The equipment is less than 2 years old and is in top condition. With true 24/7/365 key fob access you can come in whenever suits you best. I've been a member since they opened and I don't see that changing.

The smoothies are fantastic! The place is always clean, and organized. They offer plenty of classes for just about any kind of fitness class you could ask for. The price is right! The staff is absolutely amazing, and I love the location. If your serious about health and fitness this is the pace for you. The best gym in all of London Ontario.

Clean, compact facility with almost everything you'll ever need, and they are always open to suggestions on what to get next (such as an Olympic platform!). It's 24/7 too for those hardcore peeps that can't miss a workout on holidays or those that work crazy shifts.

Fantastic experience: I challenge you to find a gym with a more positive atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The personal touches like greeting me by name and remarking on my progress make it a place I want to be a part of and look forward to going to. The equipment is all new and top notch. The networked cardio equipment allows me to effortlessly track my progress, set and track weekly goals and save customized or favourite workouts to repeat at another time. I've been working my way through the menu at the smoothie bar and have yet to try one I have not really enjoyed.

Fantastic experience: It's a smaller gym, by this I mean it's the perfect size! You have private change rooms, a members' lounge area, a smoothie bar, all new equipment! And the best best staff around, it's always immaculately clean there, the staff are friendly, encouraging and upbeat! The members are great too! Everyone puts weights away, where they go, not just where they feel like, people are willing to share equipment! Can't say enough positive things about FCF!
